About the Role:

The Operational Training & Development Manager is responsible for strengthening and standardizing operational job-training across CommunityAid markets. This role builds structured, role-based training pathways using existing documentation, improves the clarity and consistency of training materials, and develops store-level trainers into capable instructors and coaches. The measurement of success for this role is improvement in three key training metrics: time to competency, retraining frequency, and items sold per labor hour.


Partnering closely with Operational Leadership, Store Managers, and in-store trainers, this role builds practical, repeatable training systems that improve the effectiveness of job-specific training (new hires and cross-training), reduce the need for retraining, and support measurable operational performance.   • 3+ years of IT end user support experience in a Mac focused environment (80% Mac/20% Windows)
  • Prior experience providing Desktop Support at Tier 2 levels as well as being in an active member of an on-call support rotation.

About the Role
The Behavioral Analyst performs a variety of direct care and supervisory duties, including conducting client assessments and observing clients to identify target behaviors. This role collaborates with clients (ages 2–21), their families, and other service providers to develop and implement an Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP). The ITP focuses on identifying and highlighting child, family, educational, social, and recreational strengths, as well as opportunities for improvement through continued development and review of preference assessments, reinforcement strategies, and other rehabilitative activities prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist and aligned with the ITP.

Responsibilities
· Conduct comprehensive client assessments and behavioral observations
· Identify target behaviors and develop measurable treatment goals
· Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs)
· Collaborate with clients (ages 2–21), families, and multidisciplinary service providers
· Review and update preference assessments and reinforcement strategies

Responsibilities Include:



  • Design, develop, and maintain middle-tier services and backend components using C# and .NET technologies.
  • Apply SOLID principles and clean architecture practices in application design.
  • Build robust APIs and business logic layers to support web and enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, and DevOps teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Design, develop, optimize, and maintain relational databases (Oracle preferred).
  • Write efficient stored procedures, views, functions, and complex queries.

  • BA/BS in technical discipline.
  • 10 years of experience in middle-tier and database development.

  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (.NET Core/.NET 6+) and ASP.NET Web API.
  • Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and middle-tier services.
  • Experience with ORM frameworks (Entity Framework preferred, Dapper).
