RN LDRP Full Time Nights Position Summary
Our Fort Mill facility has a LDRP,single-room maternity care model where a patient and their family stay in the same room for the entire hospital stay, from the initial stages of labor through childbirth and into the postpartum period.

The Medicine Progressive Care Unit (MPCU) is seeking a Nursing Assistant I to join their team. The MPCU is a 24-bed intermediate care unit on the medicine service that has moved to a newly renovated location on 3 Bedtower. This unit receives a variety of medical patients who require intermediate level care. The MPCU has received the Gold-level Beacon Award for Excellence designated by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN). Recipients of a Gold Beacon designation demonstrate excellence in sustained unit performance and patient outcomes.
This is a 36 hours per week position; working 12 hour NIGHT shifts (7pm-7:30am) with weekend and holiday rotation. This position qualifies for an extensive benefit package including PTO hours, which are accrued based on the number of worked hours. This position requires the ability to attend the required weeklong hospital orientation offered every two weeks.

Provides indirect care to patients and assigned area to include, but not limited to, cleaning the work area, changing linens, re-stocking supplies, cleaning/sterilizing instruments, transporting patients/ supplies/ specimens, assisting in the orientation of new employees and students, and some routine clerical functions. 8. Reinforces routine teaching given to patients by the registered nurse or physician and document patient understanding of instructions. The Risk Management Consultant is responsible for performing delegated trade review and surveillance to support field management to mitigate and identify potential risks and/or noncompliance issues with MML Investors Services LLC (“MMLIS”) policies or laws and regulations as required by FINRA, the SEC and state insurance and securities divisions.

The MML Investor Services, LLC Supervisory Controls Group (SCG) is a well-established team of experienced Principals working together to provide solutions for our Field representatives and management. The Impact
As a Risk Management Consultant your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
Perform trade surveillance and monitoring activities while appropriately documenting and proactively identifying potential risks and/or violations of policies or regulations specifically within the firm’s trade review systems.
Collaborate with trending department, field management, and business partners as needed to assist with development of corrective action plans designed to eliminate or reduce potential risks.
Regularly monitor and communicate surveillance or sales practice trends to relevant business partners and senior management.
Work efficiently and effectively to meet or exceed Firm benchmarks for timeliness and productivity.
Partner with Compliance, Field and Home Office business partners on regulatory matters and surveillance escalations.
Keep current with Firm policies and the regulatory environment.
Upon request from management, perform ad hoc projects, reviews or other duties as required or assigned.
Focus on the customer, act with integrity, value people, work collaboratively and achieve results.
The Minimum Qualifications
Series 7 and 24 required at time of application
3+ years' experience in the financial services industry
2+ years’ broker dealer experience
High School Diploma
Candidates residing within 50 miles of the MassMutual Springfield, MA office will be required to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days a week.
The Ideal Qualifications
5+ years of broker dealer or compliance experience
Series 53 & 4
System knowledge: Envestnet/MAS, BPM, Wealthscape, and/ or FBSI

Knowledge of trade review systems, computer skills, analytical competency and sound decision-making capacity
Strong Microsoft office skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Life Actuary to join the Life Company’s Asset Liability Management Team. This role coordinates, prepares, and performs actuarial analyses required to develop new products, project future results, reprice existing products, and/or determine financial strength.
This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site four days per week. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
What you'll do:
Performs complex work assignments utilizing actuarial modeling software driven models for pricing, valuation, and/or risk management.
Reviews laws and regulations to ensure all processes are compliant; and provides recommendations for improvements and monitors industry communications regarding potential changes to existing laws and regulations.
Runs models, generates reports, and presents recommendations and detailed analysis of all model runs to Actuarial Leadership.
May make recommendations for model adjustments and improvements, when appropriate.
Shares knowledge with team members and serves as a resource to team on escalated issues and navigates obstacles to deliver work product.
Leads or participates as a key resource on moderately complex projects through concept, planning, execution, and implementation phases with minimal guidance, involving cross functional actuarial areas.
Develops exhibits and reports that help explain proposals/findings and provides information in an understandable and usable format for stakeholders.
Identifies and provides recommended solutions to business problems independently, often presenting recommendation to leadership.
Maintains proper price level, price structure, data availability and other requirements to achieve profitability and competitive goals.
Identifies critical assumptions to monitor and suggest timely remedies to correct or prevent unfavorable trends.
Tests impact of assumptions by identifying sources of gain and loss, the appropriate premiums, interest margins, reserves, and cash values for profitability and viability of new and existing products.
Advises management on issues and serves as a primary resource for their individual team members on escalated issues.
Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you have:
Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree. (Total of 8 years of experience without bachelor’s degree)
Do you have one of the following:
4 years relevant actuarial or analytical experience and attainment of Fellow within the Society of Actuaries (Bachelor’s degree + 4 years of experience + FSA)
OR 8 years relevant actuarial experience and attainment of Associate within the Society of Actuaries. (Bachelor’s Degree + 8 years of experience + ASA)
OR 8 years relevant actuarial or analytical experience and attainment of Fellow within the Society of Actuaries (FSA)
OR 12 years relevant actuarial or analytical experience and attainment of Associate within the Society of Actuaries (ASA)
Experience performing complex work assignments utilizing actuarial modeling software driven models for pricing, valuation, and/or risk management.
Demonstrated experience communicating complex actuarial analysis and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $127,310 - $236,250
