Construction Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Base Salary to 140k/year - Greenville, NC
- Our client is a vertically integrated real estate and construction company recognized nationally as a Top Employer in Multifamily. They develop, build, and property manage large-scale, ground-up multifamily projects from 35 – 55M. They are based out of Louisiana but have just expanded into the Carolinas and are starting on a 312-unit complex in Greenville, NC, with other projects lined up behind this one.
- They currently have an active opening for a Construction Superintendent on a 312-unit, 50M dollar ground-up multifamily development in Greenville, NC. In this role, the Construction Superintendent will serve as the one-per-project field leader, stepping in at early site work on a fully awarded and permitted project and driving execution through to completion. There is no preconstruction, estimating, or scheduling responsibility – the focus is entirely on running an outstanding job site. The Construction Superintendent works directly alongside Project Managers and subcontractors in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day field execution for a $50M+ ground-up multifamily project from early site work through certificate of occupancy
- Coordinate and manage all subcontractor activity across multiple buildings and phases on site
- Hold subcontractors accountable to schedule, quality, and safety standards
- Execute the established project schedule in the field, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact progress
- Partner closely with the Project Manager and construction leadership to keep the project on track
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized job site in accordance with OSHA requirements and company standards
- Demand a high level of quality and craftsmanship from all trades and workers on site
- Manage day-to-day field staff and provide leadership and direction to the field team

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of job site sequencing, subcontractor management, and OSHA safety requirements
- Procore proficiency preferred; must be comfortable in a tech-enabled, paperless construction environment

Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physician Assistant (PA) in an inpatient cardiology setting
- Advanced Practice certification (PA-C preferred)
- Board Certification eligible (or active board certification)
- Experience documenting in Cerner EMR (inpatient workflows)
- Required certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
- Ability to obtain temporary hospital privileges (credentialing timeframe: 30–90 days)
- Strong clinical assessment, inpatient rounding, and consult skills for cardiology patients
Responsibilities
- Perform inpatient rounding and cardiology consults on the hospital cardiology unit
- Manage 10–12 patient encounters per shift with thorough documentation in Cerner EMR
- Assist cardiologists with patient care and inpatient procedures; support diagnostic and treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (nursing, cardiology physicians, advanced practice clinicians) to ensure high-quality care
- Participate in occasional weekend coverage and cross-coverage as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients and families about care plans and inpatient progress

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an anesthesiologist; experience in cardiac, neuro, ortho, OB, or pediatric anesthesia preferred
- Ability to cross-credential at affiliated hospitals and work within a team-based perioperative environment
- Strong communication skills and experience supervising CRNAs and perioperative staff
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality perioperative anesthesia care for a broad range of surgical cases including general, cardiac, neuro, ortho, OB, and pediatrics
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments, obtain/verify consent, and discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients
- Perform safe induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia and manage airway and hemodynamic needs
- Monitor patients’ physiological status during procedures and perform clinical interventions as needed
- Supervise, collaborate with, and provide oversight to CRNAs and perioperative nursing staff
- Assist in directing and coordinating departmental activities and participate in quality and safety initiatives
- Document patient care accurately and timely in the iPro EMR system
