Requirements / Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide supervision-only anesthesiology coverage and clinical oversight for CRNAs across perioperative services and the OR
- Direct and coordinate anesthesia department activities to support safe, efficient OR throughput and patient care
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and assist in developing appropriate anesthetic plans for a diverse surgical case mix (general, cardiac, ortho, OB, pediatrics)
- Obtain and/or verify informed consent and discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients as appropriate
- Oversee induction, maintenance, emergence, and physiologic monitoring; intervene when clinically necessary to ensure patient safety
- Document care accurately and promptly in Epic per site policies; adhere to quality, safety and compliance standards
- Collaborate with surgeons, nursing, and perioperative leadership to maintain high-quality patient care and throughput

The Lead Equipment Installation Mechanical Technician is a senior-level technical role responsible for leading and executing complex mechanical equipment installations.
