Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Pacific (NAVFAC Pacific) is looking for journey level Cost Engineers.

A NAVFAC Cost Engineer provides independent, timely, and professional cost engineering products, services, and consultation for the planning, design, construction and maintenance of facilities for the Navy, Marine Corps, and other Supported Commands including minor work projects, special projects, Military Construction (MILCON), demolition, maintenance, space utilization, and facilities development. Utilizing knowledge of engineering and architecture as it relates to cost, a NAVFAC Cost Engineer participates in planning, budgeting, designing and construction of substantial new construction, renovation and improvement projects for a variety of complex military construction projects.
As a Cost Engineer you will:
• Conduct analysis of designs, drawings, proposals, scopes of work, and/or specifications to determine cost projections.
• Participate in design charrette workshops as the lead estimator.
• Develop comparative cost/constructability/availability analysis for alternative design scenarios.
• Develops detailed comprehensive cost estimates for complex military facilities to arrive at the project’s selected plan while maintaining cost control.
• Coordinates complex construction cost estimates with estimators from other cost disciplines to create the compelte total cost estimate including all construction trades.
A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary

Category Strategy Manager (CSM) is responsible for planning and developing the assigned Lifestyle category/section merchandising program. What will I be doing?
To maintain Hilton's standards of quality it is the purpose of this position to oversee the laundry room, including training staff as needed.
Fills in position in Laundry when needed (due to absences, breaks, etc.), Trains staff in safe operation of equipment and the use of proper processing methods.
Ensure quality linen is being produced and separate old and damaged linen while processing.
Instruct and inform laundry staff of schedule and equipment to be used.
Monitor par levels and advise laundry manager when reordering is needed.
Monitor stain percentage, damaged linen and production reports. Schedule re-wash cycles of stained linen and schedule repairs of damaged linen as needed.
Supervise and record hourly production of pieces per operator hour.

As a restoration technician, you are a key team member responsible for the restoration of carpets, upholstery and draperies that have been damaged by water, smoke, fire, debris or other methods of damage. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and are able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Become proficient in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean-up
- Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner
- Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation according to IICRC standards and Rainbow International's process
- Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork
- Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times
- Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop additional business as required
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:
- Restoration and construction experience helpful, but not required
- Valid Driver's License
- Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent communication skills

What will I be doing?
As Lead Steward, you would be responsible for supervising utility stewards, dishwashers and temporary personnel to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Supervise, support and monitor utility stewards, dishwashers and temporary personnel to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware for restaurant service.
Supervise cleaning of work area and physical surroundings.
Maintain and deliver proper inventory for food and beverage departments.
Ensure all food and equipment are delivered on time to all functions as specified.
Schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members.
Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance.
