Production Manager
Our Rochester, NH client is seeking a thoughtful, experienced Production Manager. You’ll coordinate and expedite workflow and materials to streamline manufacture of the company’s custom molded rubber products.
Responsibilities of the Production Manager
- Lead, motivate, support, develop, and evaluate performance of team members
- Review and distribute production, work, and shipment schedules
- Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions, in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Confer with department supervisors or other personnel to determine progress of work and completion dates
- Work with internal teams, vendors, or customers to coordinate production or shipping activities, resolve complaints, or eliminate delays
- Compile reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production issues
- Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules
- Enforce policies and procedures, and organize training opportunities for team
- Foster a safe, positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications of the Production Manager
- Associate degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in production/manufacturing, including as a production manager or related role; rubber industry experience a big plus
- Excellent computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of MRP or similar systems
- Mechanical aptitude
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Great communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills; ability to work with difficult personalities
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills

We're hiring a Superintendent for a direct hire opportunity supporting a confidential client project in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. This role is responsible for overall field execution of a multi-family or commercial construction project, with a strong focus on schedule adherence, subcontractor coordination, quality, and documentation control.
What you will do:
- Own all aspects of field operations for your assigned project, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and to specification.
- Partner closely with the Project Manager to develop and maintain the project schedule, prioritize buyout sequencing, and manage day-to-day plan execution.

Position Overview
Samyn-D’Elia Architects is seeking a Senior Associate Architect with 10–15 years of experience who thrives in a hands-on, design-focused environment. Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects through all phases: programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration
- Produce and oversee comprehensive drawing sets with strong technical precision

- Conduct site visits and support construction administration efforts (minimal overnight travel; most projects are within a few hours of the office)

Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional architectural experience

Fiber Optic Test & Measurement Technician

Will be responsible for performing detailed electro-optical and electrical testing on fiber optic cables and related systems throughout the production process. This role ensures products meet internal quality standards and contractual specifications by conducting testing, analyzing results, and documenting any non-conformances.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform characterization tests on fiber optic cables, including OTDR, Chromatic Dispersion, Polarization Mode Dispersion, and electrical tests such as High Voltage, Insulation Resistance (IR), and DC Resistance (DCR).
- Analyze test data to ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare cable ends and test setups using hand and power tools.
- Document results and generate reports for any failures or non-conforming products.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and management teams to address testing outcomes and production needs.
- Follow safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and adherence to company safety practices.

A shift open (7a-3pm) Full time or Part time or 9-5pm

Would you like to make a difference every day in someone’s life? In this role you will carry out rewarding work and play a crucial role in the success of our organization.
- Provide training, assistance and supervision to individuals receiving care in the areas of living skills, therapeutic recreation, and other forms of assistance in both residential and community settings.
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, shopping, cleaning, and medication administration.
- Facilitate the working relationships between employers and individuals served, and support community involvement by accompanying them on outings, or providing transportation to work or other activities.
- Work closely with our clinical staff to support the therapeutic and behavioral plans in place.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Driver's License from state of residence for minimum 12 months
- Must be minimum of 18 years of age
- Successful clearance of background checks
- A caring attitude with a dedication to assisting others
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication skills
- A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
- A commitment to quality in everything you do
