Job Summary 

The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist utilizes medical, technical and administrative skills to provide support to the patient care team. under the general direction of the Manager, Cardiovascular Services and the direct supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, Cardiac Cath Lab. Provides physical, emotional, spiritual and cultural support to the patient.

  • Participates in the development of the plan of care for patients undergoing invasive diagnostic cardiac and vascular testing or intervention
  • Performs scrub and monitoring duties utilizing all aspects of catheterization equipment.
  • Applies prescribed procedure for operation of radiology imaging equipment; including storing of images, burning CDs, archiving, calculates ejection fraction from LV gram.
  • Observes and ensures radiation safety for patients and staff members
  • Operates MAC LAB hemodynamic monitoring system
  • Performs patient setup, scrubs and pans for various coronary and peripheral diagnostic and/or interventional procedures

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of commercial construction experience, including at least 5 years in estimating roles. 
  • Experience with a variety of commercial project types (e.g., industrial, educational, healthcare, municipal) preferred.

This is a high-impact role focused on building better systems, improving processes, and driving stronger preconstruction performance across the business.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead all estimating and preconstruction operations
  • Build scalable workflows, tools, and data systems
  • Oversee bid strategy, pricing reviews, workload balance, and quality control
  • Track key metrics (pipeline, hit rate, margin performance, productivity)
  • Partner with leadership to target customers and manage pipeline strategy
  • Coach and develop the estimating team; support succession planning
  • Ensure smooth transitions from preconstruction to project execution
