RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES
- Meet with new and existing customers on designated days to sell new work and upsell existing customers. Upsell goal is a min of 25% of main contract with higher hourly rates

OPERATIONS
- Coordinating with operations manager on a daily basis to make sure crews are sticking to schedule and completing work in set man hours determined for each job
- Daily-maintain and update your schedule for your crews and communicate to them during the pre-day prep at the end of the day.
- Ensuring quality standards on all properties and exceeding customers’ expectations
- Be in the yard am/pm helping crews get out of door in a timely manner and to reduce non-billable time
- Keep shop, yard and maintenance area clean and organized
- Answering and clarifying scope of jobs with crews for each day.
- Include proper tools needed, clear understanding of tasks to be accomplished and time allotted to complete the job (man-hours).
- At the end of each day:
- Review days’ work and approve all Aspire time. Include ALL materials used and delineate ALL over contract work with description, time used, and materials separate from regular work in “job notes”.
- Pre-day Prep-Preview tomorrow’s job assignments, tool, equipment and material needs. Crews to empty and load trucks for tomorrow before they leave for the day.
- Insure all truck DOT logs are being completed daily.
- Manage upkeep of maintenance tools and equipment and make sure in good, proper working order
- 1 on 1 with crew leaders weekly to make sure staying on task, timely completion of jobs and informed with any other issues that may arise
- Job costing of all jobs to make sure production remains profitable
- Communication devices – manage assigned e-mail, cell phone and landline to ensure customer requests are handled in a professional and timely manner

- All equipment is kept in clean condition and promote proper use and training for all equipment.

- Neat, clean and organized. Communicate with Ops Manager materials that need to be restocked

- Customer Service- Check in with clients while on site to see if any special items need attention while you or the crews are on site.
- Suggest potential upsells and enhancements to the property and proposals for the client.
- Keep clients informed of changes in schedule, problems on the site, etc.
- Estimated/sales of maintenance related jobs with accuracy
- Send out contract renewals for both maintenance and snow
- Make routine quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction
- Safety
- Weekly or at least Monthly safety meeting using NALP materials
- Ensure all employees are using and wearing Personal Protective Equipment and all safety switches and safeguards are always operational.

- Document results and generate reports for any failures or non-conforming products.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and management teams to address testing outcomes and production needs.
- Follow safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and adherence to company safety practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate testing records.
- Respond to multiple production testing assignments as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in electrical/electronics technology or at least two years of related experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently.
- Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, ratios, and conversions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, overtime, and weekends based on production needs.

Job Summary and Qualifications- Perform routine and specialized radiographic procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Maintain equipment and supplies in an orderly fashion.
- Adhere to radiation safety principles.
- Adheres to the ALARA principles of Radiation Safety.
- Maintains a working knowledge of all radiographic equipment within the department.
- Performs all routine radiographic procedures and views.
- Prepares and/or administers contrast media, i.e., orally, IV, rectally.
- Provides radiation protection to patient, staff and self, according to prescribed safety standards.
- Recognizes emergency situations, initiates code procedures, and administers first aid/CPR.
- Records patient history, unusual conditions/limitations and other information such as exam time, room number, technique.
- Re-stocks supplies and maintains assigned workstation/equipment in an orderly fashion and orders appropriate supplies.
- Adjusts technical factors in proportion to patient and body part being examined while minimizing radiation.
- Performs and/or assists with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
- Performs and/or assists with radiographic examinations during operative procedures.
- Follows all National Patient Safety Goals for each exam.
- Positions patient to obtain desired views; applies immobilization devices as required.
- Attends meetings and seminars external to the department in order to maintain professional acumen.
- Assists in the movements of patients to and from wheelchairs, stretchers, and radiographic tables.
- Assists physician with radiographic procedures.
- Attends regularly scheduled meetings, i.e., staff, in-service training.
- Checks requisition for special instructions.
- Completes appropriate paperwork.
- Confirms patient identification by verbal confirmation, ID band, etc.
- Describes nature and time requirements of requested examinations to patient.
- Greets and introduces self to patient.
- Identifies problems and communicates to immediate supervisor, offers solutions as appropriate.
- Keeps room/workstation neat and orderly.
- Participates in identified professional organizations.
- Participates in appropriate role in hospital disasters, fire drills, fires and other emergency situations.
- Exercises care in the operation and use of hospital equipment and reference materials.
- Performs routine cleaning and preventative maintenance to ensure continuing functioning of equipment.
- Checks all physician orders prior to performing exam.
- Performs similar or related duties as assigned or requested.
- Ability to deliver patient care appropriate to the demographics and needs of the patient population.
- Proficiency in assessing, responding, and adapting treatment to meet patient needs.
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
- Visual acuity sufficient to work with analyzing data and figures, working with computer terminals, extensive reading, visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and operation of machines.
- Ability to plan and perform diversified duties requiring an extensive knowledge of radiology, and the use of a wide range of procedures.
- Ability to work with frequent interruptions and respond appropriately to unexpected situations.
- Ability to work with wide variations in workload and stress levels.
- Ability to perform functions alone following standard practices for routine procedures where questionable cases may be referred when they arise outside of the normal practice.
- Associate’s degree Required
- 1+ year radiology experience Preferred
License and Certifications:
- Grace Period State of New Hampshire Medical Imaging & Radiation Therapy License
- Required ARRT Radiography License
- Required Basic Life Support (BLS) Required 30 days
