Position Details:

Requirements:

To be considered for this locum position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (required)
  • Active North Dakota medical license or IMLC (LOQ in hand) (required)
  • Current ACLS, BLS, DEA, and ATLS certifications (required)
  • Clean malpractice history and background (highly preferred)
  • Must provide detailed availability including start date and coverage capability (required)
Compensation:
  • Holiday Pay: 1.5 times the regular rate for holiday hours
  • Malpractice Insurance: Must be included in the rates
  • Orientation Rate: Half of the hourly rate for any training beyond 8 hours
Travel and Lodging:
  • Lodging: Reimbursement for lodging up to 1.5 times the current GSA rate if preferred accommodations are unavailable
  • Mileage: Reimbursement at the IRS standard rate
Additional Information:
  • Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days
  • EMR System: Meditech
  • Support Staff: Includes Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and nursing staff
