In this role, the Order Mgmt. CSA (Customer Service Analyst) is accountable for effectively managing the entire order lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective order entry, validation, processing and tracking to ensure on time and in full delivery of customer orders always maintaining a good relationship with the customer. Purchase orders are essentially received via EDI, Email / FAX etc. The list of activities extends with Order entry/adjustments, collaboration with sales, S&OP, shipping facilities, carrier, coordinating with customer’s receiving team to ensure timely and in full delivery of goods.
Responsibilities
· Checking various sources of PO inflow (EDI queue, Fax / email inbox & USPS) periodically
· Entering orders in the business ERP within given TAT
· Proactively manage product allocation on the orders.
· Ensuring delivery note on sales orders gets created in a timely fashion.
· Coordinating with shipping facilities to get the product shipped to customers.
· Coordinating with carrier team to obtain periodic status of the load (pickup / in transit / delivery)
· Coordinating with demand control team to obtain availability dates of short / unavailable items on customer’s order.
· Coordinating with customers to obtain substitutes (replacement items) for unavailable items and share availability dates.
· Support customers with pool date coordination, rush shipment arrangements, and problem resolution.
· Order track and trace when shipped out of the shipping facility and share real time updates with the customer.
· Communicating with customers about various process updates such as (Order Qty or Date changes, different updates on availability, delivery, etc).
· Daily maintenance in SAP which would include reviewing error reports with the order management tool: ZORD
· Analyzing order trend of customers and raise flag if variation experienced.
· Work as a team to process any ad hoc request promptly
· Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external stakeholders’ inquiries quickly, effectively and professionally.
· Ability to analyze and resolve problems before escalating to the next level.

Minimum Qualifications
· Good understanding of upstream and downstream OTC processes
· Good communication skills (written & spoken)
· Strong analytical mindset, problem solving and organization skills.
· Proficiency with system applications, especially MS Office (outlook, excel, word, power point etc.)

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules

Job Duties Provides education and care for patients and their families.
Serves as a team member in assessing needs, planning and providing education, and coordinating follow-up care for patients receiving specialized nursing services.
This role is full-time, 40 hours weekly; Days.

Serves as a resource person for patient and family regarding the perception of the diagnosis and medical plan of care for the management of disease as designated by the physician.
Maintains availability to nursing for occasional in-service and helps with orientation of staff involved education.
Performs pre-visit data gathering and record keeping on new and return patients.
This includes recording of current medications and dosages and obtaining previous laboratory results and measurements.
Assists in the management of patients with chronic diseases, including achieving key quality indicators, education, and long- term coordination of care.
Tracks performance improvement measures and assists providers with completion.
Obtains and documents patient medical history, chief complaint, vital signs, and provides basic medical data base for provider, and prepares patient for examinations.
Assists provider in performance of procedures as directed by provider to facilitate accurate diagnosis.
Collects and prepares laboratory specimens and completes associated paperwork to expedite laboratory studies with maximum accuracy and efficiency.
Assists with orientation of new personnel to ensure that they are appropriately trained to support patients and provider.
Executes and documents ongoing patient communication.
Provides instruction to ensure patient's understanding of medical condition and compliance with treatment instructions.
Inserts, monitors, regulates and discontinues IVs as required by provider.
Performs and assists with triaging telephone calls concerning health issues and offers appropriate telephone management advice to patients as liaison to physician recommendations.
Communicates lab, radiology and other testing results to patients and via telephone and electronic medical record letter notification.
