Draft, review, and manage legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, deposition summaries, trial exhibits, and evidence.

Oversee all aspects of trial preparation, including creating and managing trial binders, exhibit lists, witness binders, timelines, and case files.

Assist attorneys in the courtroom during trial, including exhibit management, witness coordination, and real-time trial support.

Coordinate and prepare witnesses for depositions, hearings, mediation, arbitration, and trial.

Manage the discovery process, including the collection, organization, and production of documents.

Support jury selection by assisting with prep, juror research, and logistical coordination.

Maintain accurate case calendars, deadlines, and docketing requirements.

Handle filings in state and federal courts, including electronic filings through appropriate court systems.
