Pay Range: $69,100 - $103,800 annual total cash target pay

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures.
  • Maintains compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as specified in NRC and state licenses.  Complies with JCAHO regulations.
  • Performs Nuclear Medicine and/or PET/CT procedures and quality control as defined by department protocols.
  • Demonstrates complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of all contrast media injectors.
  • Completes all technical assigned imaging and non-imaging procedures in the designated scheduled times.
  • Performs IV, IM, subcutaneous, and intradermal injections.  Performs accurate dose calculations.
  • Completes transmission of optimum quality images to PACS system, able to digitize films, and know how to use a CD burner, if available.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associates Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
  • One year experience preferred.

Looking for a transactional associate with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience to join our business, banking, and finance group. We are collegial, collaborative, and we operate in a fast-paced environment with a wide array of practice areas, including business, banking and finance, secured transactions, M&A, and commercial real estate. We are based in West Chester, Pennsylvania and we primarily (but not exclusively) serve the mid-Atlantic market. If you are committed to developing professionally and really want to get broad and immediate exposure to the world of business, banking and finance problem solving, then this could be your spot.


Our ideal candidate has well developed drafting skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong desire to help build the practice, to be involved and to be present in the community, and to grow professionally. PA Bar is required, NJ, MD, DE a plus. Must be able to commute regularly & reliably to West Chester, PA. Hybrid may be available after 90 days, depending upon candidate strengths, and client and firm needs.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Paralegal – Litigation & Regulatory Affairs to join a leading financial services organization supporting the housing finance industry across the United States. This role will support in-house legal counsel with civil litigation matters, regulatory inquiries, legal operations, and process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced corporate legal environment.


Essential Duties:

  • Support in-house counsel with civil litigation and regulatory matters.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel and internal teams on active legal matters.
  • Assist with subpoena responses, regulatory inquiries, and document requests.
  • Draft matter summaries and conduct legal and factual research.
  • Manage document preservation notices and related tracking processes.
  • Maintain legal databases, matter management platforms, and eBilling systems.
  • Generate reports, analytics, and documentation for legal leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recent paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Experience supporting complex civil litigation and regulatory investigations.
  • Experience responding to subpoenas, discovery requests, and document production demands.
  • Strong understanding of litigation processes from discovery through trial.


Skills and Job-Specific Competencies:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
  • Knowledge of legal research databases such as Westlaw, Lexis, and PACER.
  • Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity or Exterro.
  • Experience with eBilling and matter management systems, preferably CounselLink.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled legal technology platforms such as CoCounsel or Harvey preferred.
  • Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in an active litigation environment.


Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.

Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly rate for this role is $45.
