  • Monitor construction progress, perform site visits, and verify that work aligns with project plans, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Participate in job walks, punch list reviews, site inspections, and safety walks.
  • Act as a liaison between office engineering/management staff and field construction teams, ensuring accurate communication of design revisions, clarifications, and changes.
  • Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
  • Ensure accurate closeout deliverables, including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and turnover documents.

JOB PURPOSE
The Assistant Manager, Fleet Strategy supports the growth and scalability of Honda and Acura’s Fleet and Mobility business by leading strategic initiatives, analytics, and process improvements. This role develops data driven insights, implements new systems, and creates scalable workflows to support future expansion while optimizing incentive analysis and strategies that maximize revenue and operating profit. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategy and Analytics
• Lead analysis of fleet and retail sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
• Lead analysis of fleet wholesale residual value trends for AHM and competitor products to support pricing strategies
• Support incentive strategy and product mix planning
• Develop sales forecasts, incentive strategies, and performance dashboards
• Manage special project pricing analysis for acquisition, logistics, and de-fleeting activities

Process Improvement and Systems
• Lead process documentation and standardization to support scalability• Partner with IT and business teams to implement CRM, Order Management Systems, and automation tools

Cross Functional Collaboration

Minimum Educational Qualifications

The role supports healthcare payer and provider organizations by driving enterprise compliance initiatives across Inovaare and related regulatory platforms, ensuring regulatory adherence, operational efficiency, and audit readiness.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing compliance and regulatory platforms (Inovaare preferred), leading transformation programs in payer or provider environments, and coordinating cross-functional teams across compliance, business, technology, and vendor ecosystems.
