Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM / Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project administration and operational coordination within a fast-paced environment. This role will assist with project documentation, communication, and tracking while working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage a high-volume shared inbox, responding to requests and routing inquiries to the appropriate teams.
• Communicate with internal teams through Microsoft Teams messaging to coordinate project updates and requests.
• Prepare and compile project documentation and packets, ensuring materials are complete and distributed accurately.
• Perform data entry and job code tracking, maintaining accurate records and project status updates.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for sorting, filtering, and basic tracking of project data.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and warehouse staff to help move projects through different stages.
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation, ensuring proper version control of project files.
• Provide general administrative and project support as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting technical, engineering, or manufacturing teams.
• Ability to review or interpret engineering drawings is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling project numbers and job codes.
• Comfortable working in an operational or warehouse-adjacent environment.

The Electrician, Maintenance performs a variety of electrical trade functions such as the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment for the generation, distribution, or utilization of electric energy (Electrical Distribution System).

Essential Duties:

• Performs maintenance and repair of electrical equipment such as generators, transformers, switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, conduit systems, or other transmission equipment.
• Troubleshoots and makes repairs when large power interruptions occur as well as preventing such outages from occurring.
• Tests electrical systems and equipment for the integrity and proper function.
• Works from blueprints, drawings, and maps; locates and diagnoses trouble in the electrical systems or equipment using a variety of electricians hand tools and measuring and testing instruments.
• Performs maintenance and repair on multiple exterior lighting systems. These systems include streetlight/parking lot lights and traffic lights.
• Performs on-call services in support of 24/7 emergency repairs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Capable of working on overhead lighting and lighting circuits and all phases of exterior electric systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Four (4) years' experience
• Possess C-10 License
• Must be capable of working safely on all high voltage systems, 600 volts and up, both above ground and underground.
• Must have practical knowledge of worksite safety, occupational hazards, and standard safety practices. Must thoroughly understand OSHA regulations and have an in-depth knowledge of electrical safety related to high/medium voltage electricity (NEC and NFPA 70E).

In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.

Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. The amount of compensation is dependent upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, whether the surrogate carries twins, what procedures a surrogate is required to undergo and whether the delivery is vaginally or by cesarean section.

LHH is seeking a EHS Specialist for our client, a leading midstream energy organization, to support regulatory compliance across its California pipeline assets. This role focuses on regulatory audits, agency interaction, and maintaining compliance programs, rather than day‐to‐day field safety. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‐oriented, and confident in managing inspections and regulatory communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support audits with PHMSA (state-run OSFM/CSFM program)

• Serve as primary contact for regulatory agencies including CUPA and local Fire Departments

• Prepare, organize, and maintain compliance documentation and records

• Coordinate with internal Quality Data Analysts on audit readiness
