Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will also act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.
What you will do in this role:
- Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record. - Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to the medication.
- Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology.

The Director of Nursing (DON) is responsible for the administration and delivery of nursing services for the Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living departments. The DON directs, plans, and coordinators the activities of professional nursing and auxiliary nursing personnel in rendering resident care. The DON oversees administrative functions such as staffing, record keeping, and budgeting. The DON is responsible for maintaining high standards of care and quality.
The Director of Nursing has, but is not limited to, the following accountabilities:
The overall coordination and execution of nursing services
Monitoring and evaluating the outcomes of nursing care
Overseeing all staff who provide nursing care to the facility's residents
Ensuring that all nursing staff are held accountable for the care they deliver to residents.
Working with the LNHA to develop written policies and procedures
Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures that cover essential nursing responsibilities to the residents and the facility
Participating actively in the facility's quality improvement process.
Ensuring that nursing practice in the facility reflects skills in resident assessment, critical thinking and nursing interventions
Ensuring oversight of the interdisciplinary care planning process to include initial planning (on admission to the unit); interim planning (to include clinical status changes); and the required Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI)
Evaluating whether the nursing care facility can meet each resident / patient's needs, which includes the potential new admission to the facility, a current resident of the facility, or the transfer of a resident from the facility
Utilizing the expertise of other departments and services to address nursing issues in facilitating delivery of resident services
Developing the nursing budget for the nursing department
Directing nursing preparation for review and response to federal, state and local surveys and inspections
Ensuring that nursing practice complies with regulatory and legislative requirements
Helping develop and implementing immunization programs for patients and staff
Conducting clinical rounds on all nursing unit

Job Summary and QualificationsUnder limited supervision, the Interventional Technologist completes interventional procedures including routine arterial and venous interventional procedures well as complicated interventional procedures including stenting and cerebral coilings and procedures using contrast media.
What you will do in this role:
- Complies with principles of sterile technique.
- Collects and assembles data for database, outcome analysis and performance improvement.
- Responsible for carrying out any other activities assigned by the IR Supervisor or Imaging Services Director to ensure the department runs effectively and efficiently.
- The IR Tech-noncertified is required to participate in the on-call rotation and is required to respond within 30 minutes when on call.
What qualifications you will need:
Graduate from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology. Two-year program or four year BA program in Radiology Technology followed by training in interventional procedures either on the job or from in an accredited program setting.
- BLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within 30 days of hire.
- ACLS Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required within 6 months of hire.
- ARRT preferred
- Minimum of one year hospital department experience.
- On Call Required and must have the ability to report to the facility within 30 minutes of call back.
