2. Coordinate grade reporting process, including verification and correction of grades and preparation and distribution of report cards.
3. Prepare and distribute University Scholastic League (UIL) eligibility lists.
4. Calculate grade point averages, class rank, and prepare honor rolls.
5. Assist counselors with the enrollment, withdrawals, and transfer of students.
6. Assist campus administration and counselors with the preparation of reports and student data information.
7. Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records and other documents as required.

- Lead Oracle Xstore development, enhancements, and lifecycle management—focusing on stability, maintainability, and scalability.
- Drive major version upgrades, patching cycles, dependency modernization, and technical debt reduction with structured rollout plans.
- Expand and optimize configuration management: store-specific overrides, tenancy handling, global/local variance, and dynamic configuration models.
- Architect and implement core services, frameworks, and extension points that other teams can build on.
Compliance, Reliability & Global Expansion
- Implement country‑specific compliance requirements—fiscalization, tax rules, receipt specifications, privacy mandates, and transaction standards.

Minimum Requirements:
- 7+ years of engineering experience with a strong emphasis on Oracle Xstore (POS and Back Office), including customizations and environment management.
- Proven experience performing Xstore upgrades, patching, platform migrations, and architectural modernization.
- Deep understanding of retail store POS operations, system flows, configuration frameworks, and store-level constraints.
- Strong proficiency in Java (Xstore), RESTful services, integrations, and patterns for large-scale distributed retail systems.
- Experience building or evolving observability: logging pipelines, telemetry standards, dashboards, alerting, and health checks.

As a Construction Claims Coordinator with SERVPRO, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers, insurance partners, and internal teams. In this role, you will manage a wide range of administrative and communication functions that support the insurance claims process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
As a Construction Claims Coordinator, you will oversee essential file management and claims communication functions that keep insurance-related projects accurate, compliant, and moving forward efficiently.
In this role you will:
- Manage all claims documentation, uploading and organizing required photos, estimates, invoices, and notes.
- Work heavily within insurance carrier portals (XactAnalysis) to update job status and submit required documents.
- Manage mortgage company authorization regarding ACV and depreciation.
- Create PO's and work within our construction software to manage payments and expenses.

Responsibilities
Surface Warfare Officers (SWOs) are involved in virtually every aspect of Navy missions. As a SWO, you may be in charge of any number of shipboard operations and activities while at sea, working with or within any of these specialized forces:
Aircraft Carrier Forces: Provide and coordinate air, submarine and surface ship defense for aircraft carriers.
Cruiser-Destroyer Forces: Provide ship attack and defensive measures with a wide array of missile and fire power capabilities, providing anti-air, -submarine and -surface warfare support.
Amphibious Forces: Embark and transport vehicles, equipment and personnel for amphibious assault operations.
Combat-Logistics Forces: Provide combatant ships with fuel, ammunition, food and supplies, and provide repair, maintenance and rescue capabilities through Fleet Support Ships.
Mine Warfare Forces: Detect, identify and neutralize threats from hostile use of maritime mines.

Work Environment
As a Surface Warfare Officer, you will work at sea and on shore, in a variety of environments. Sea duty could place you aboard ships within the fleet. Training & Advancement
Those pursuing an Information Professional Officer position are required to attend Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Newport, RI.
Unless they have already been commissioned through the Naval Academy or ROTC, those pursuing a Surface Warfare Officer position are required to attend Officer Candidate School. Newly commissioned SWOs can expect an advanced training process that includes comprehensive training at sea and ashore.
Newly commissioned Surface Warfare Officers will be assigned to a surface ship, leading a team of Sailors responsible for a component of the ship - anything from electronics to weapons to engineering systems. In this setting, Officers are working toward full Surface Warfare qualification.
After completing these initial sea tours, Surface Warfare Officers may be selected to serve on high-level staffs, commands or strategic projects or they may be selected to work in recruitment. The ultimate goal for many: to one day command their own ship.
Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.

Responsibilities
As an Aviation Electronics Technician (AT), you'll maintain, troubleshoot, repair and test complex electronic systems related to aviation on tactical jets, fixed wing aircraft or rotary winged helicopter systems. In this role, you can expect to work with systems including digital computers, fiber optics, infrared detection, radar, laser electronics, navigation, pressure indication, and electrical power generation and distribution. Additional responsibilities may include:
- Installing modifications to aircraft electronic systems
- Performing micro-miniature module repair on computer circuit cards
- Performing electrical diagnostics
- Reading electrical system diagrams
- Repairing and maintaining power generators and electric motors
- Performing scheduled maintenance and corrosion control
Work Environment
Sailors in this career field will perform duties at sea and ashore around the world. ATs can expect to work indoors and outdoors in land-based aircraft squadrons and aboard aircraft carriers. You may work in a shop environment, clean lab, airplane hangar or office environment.
Training & Advancement
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes(known as Boot Camp), you'll report for specialized training, including:
Class "A" Technical School (19 weeks) in Pensacola, FL, for training in basic aviation theory and technical knowledge, aviation electrical systems, and electrical and electronics theory and skills.

Armed Security Officer’s duties include being a visible deterrent to criminal activity, providing security for patients, Associates, and visitors, protecting and patrolling hospital buildings, assets and premises as assigned.

An unacceptable record includes, but is not limited to: One or more moving violations within a 12-month period.

Chargeable means the driver is determined to be the primary cause of the accident.
Contributing factors such as weather or mechanical issues will be considered.
Any combination of accidents and/or moving violations.
Violations include any ticket, charge, or other law enforcement proceeding related to these, as well as independent evidence of violations deemed relevant by CHRISTUS Health Security.
For Texas positions: Must hold an active Level 3 Commission with the Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Bureau (TDPSPSB).
New hires who have completed the TDPSPSB security commission course must obtain their commission prior to hire.
If the license status is ACTIVE in TOPS and the pocket card has not yet been received, the licensee may begin working.
Until the pocket card is received, the licensee must carry proof of ACTIVE status (e.g., screenshot or printed copy from TOPS) while on duty.
For New Mexico positions: Officers may not carry a weapon on duty until completing 40 hours of training and receiving a letter of authorization from the CHRISTUS Vice President of Security to carry a CHRISTUS Health-assigned weapon.
For Louisiana positions: Officers may not carry a weapon on duty until completing 40 hours of training and receiving a letter of authorization from the CHRISTUS Vice President of Security to carry a CHRISTUS Health-assigned weapon.

Summary:
The Coordinator Corporate Travel is responsible for assisting in the administration of the Travel and Expense Management platform at the system level. This position provides the administrative support necessary to facilitate a seamless end-to-end travel experience for the CHRISTUS Health travel population and its' affiliated entities. It requires a high degree of professionalism and frequent interaction with associates and leaders from all levels of the organization. The Travel and Expense Coordinator has exposure to sensitive and confidential information and must be able to exercise the use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment
Responsibilities:
* Research, respond and resolve associate inquires including but not limited to travel reservations, expense reports, and purchasing cards
* Service travelers through various mediums including email, phone, newsletters, partner websites, etc.
* Work closely with all travel team members and third-party vendors to alert and troubleshoot any reported issues with people/processes/systems
* Serve as a SME regarding travel and expense providing the necessary training to new and existing associate as needed
* Monitor compliance with program guidelines ensuring that risks are managed, and controls are implemented as necessary for sustained and scalable program performance
* Enforce policy provisions by engaging users, making recommendations to strengthen audit rules, identifying patterns of travel and/or reporting behaviors requiring escalation to leadership
* Manage the cardholders platform as the Corporate Card Administrator
* Support the System Director of Internal Controls and Disbursements with other administrative functions and special projects
* Take the necessary action to remain knowledgeable regarding the Travel and Expense Industry best practices for performance optimization
* Assist with monthly Expense Report Reconciliation and reporting process as needed in collaboration with Travel Program Manager
* Compile/Analyze ad hoc expense reporting data as needed to track and monitor trends of program adoption and utilization
* Support Travel and Expense Processors as required
