The Role at a Glance:

Under the direction of the Plant Manager, the Assistant Plant Manager will be responsible for directing and coordinating all aspects of processing of raw material to a finished product to support the daily production plans of the facility. The Assistant Plant Manager will collaborate closely with the Maintenance Department, Quality Department, and Inventory & Warehouse Department to meet production demands. This role is the point person for production, quality, inventory, and sanitation activities and personnel.

  • Manage 1-3 Supervisors directly and approximately up to 30 team members.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable State and Federal laws.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training associates, planning, assigning, and directing work, performance appraisals, rewarding and disciplining associates, addressing employee issues and resolving problems.

The Role

The Mission Critical Center of Excellence manages billions of dollars in projects annually, specializing in data center and mission-critical construction for leading technology and telecommunications clients across the United States. The MEP Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing, field inspections, problem solving, and coordinating all necessary Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. This includes the selection and management of MEP subcontractors, and the review, management, and administration of mechanical bid tabs/Exhibit Bs, MEP submittals, monthly MEP requisitions and change orders, and MEP contractor schedule/performance.

Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner delivers annual risk assessment in a residential setting or telehealth, within the scope of practice for a Nurse Practitioner, as delegated by the Collaborative Physician.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive in-home health risk assessments to identify all active and chronic disease conditions, as well as determine all physical, mental, and social needs present at the time of the visit
  • Takes history, examines, determines diagnoses.
  • Provides written documentation of patient visit, per NCQA standards
  • Takes patient vital signs, as necessary.
  • Places case management referrals and communicates with PCP as necessary.
  • Communicates with patients, caregivers, agency nurses, other providers and vendors as necessary to assure proper diagnosis.
  • Performs all clinical duties while observing OSHA Universal Precautions
  • Maintains patient confidentiality
  • Attends required meetings and in-services and participates in committees, as requested
  • Participates in professional development activities and maintains professional licenses and affiliations
