GENERAL PURPOSE:

The Senior Director of Benefits is responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive benefits strategy, the design, and administration of all associates benefit programs that supports organizational goals and enhances associate experience. Speech Language Pathologist Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessments & Evaluations: Conduct compliant, formalized and dynamic assessments to determine educational eligibility/level of functioning.
