Job Summary:

As a Retail Supervisor, you'll be a driving force in our business through your leadership and active engagement with associates and customers. Here's what you'll do:

• Computer literacy to complete your job duties.
• A high school diploma, GED, HiSET, or equivalent.
• A criminal background check that meets agency standards.
• A valid driver's license with a safe driving record and insurance meeting agency standards.

• An Associate's Degree.

Heritage Landscape Supply is seeking a Non CDL Delivery Driver.

The Non-CDL Driver is responsible for operating a vehicle for transporting goods, products, or materials to various destinations. Part time hours, up to 29 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently operate a non-CDL vehicle ensuring all products, goods, or materials are transported to their destinations.
- Perform pre and post vehicle inspections and report any discrepancies.
- Load and unload vehicle as required.
- Follow delivery schedule and communicate any delays or issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service during the delivery and pick-up operations.
- Maintain accurate logs of all transport and vehicle maintenance.

Physical Requirements:

- This role involves regular physical activity including lifting, loading and unloading goods and long hours of driving. Candidates must be physically fit and able to frequently lift up to 50lbs.

- Able to pass Background and drug screening

Working Conditions:

Drivers will work in a variety of weather conditions and must be comfortable driving in these conditions.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Possession of a valid state driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- Familiarity with using navigation systems.

- Previous experience in driving or logistics preferred.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store. Customer Service Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #5197, located at: 517 South Broadway, Salem, NH 03079, 705611 = 10 Nashua Road, Londonderry, NH 03053, 725042 = 5 Plaistow Road, Plaistow, NH 03865 and 705967 = 176 Daniel Webster Hwy., Nashua, NH 03060 and may be required to work at stores within a 30 mile radius.
