PURPOSE:
The Jewish Board’s Adult Residential Division supports adults with serious and persistent mental illness to live in the community with as much independence as possible. Using a non-judgmental, harm-reduction approach, staff model and guide residents to create and meet personalized recovery goals, develop independent living skills, and live in a healthy and secure manner. Our work is guided by principles that underscore the critical importance of stable housing, use a culturally competent and anti-racist lens, and respect the dignity and legitimacy of each individual’s journey.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Assistant Program Director (APD) ensures programmatic systems are in place to meet the clients’ safety and service needs. The APD supervises Social Workers, Case Managers, and Case Associates. The APD is responsible for clinical and administrative oversight of the program. The APD provides on-going training, supervision, and guidance to the staff is knowledgeable of regulatory requirements and agency practices, policy/standards. The APD provides program oversight in the absence of the Program Director and requires the incumbent carry a cell phone 24x7x365.
KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Provides regular supervision Social Worker, Case Manager, and the Case Associates staff.
· Reviews and evaluates comprehensive assessments, progress notes, service plan reviews, and discharge plans for quality and compliance.
· Works with Residence Managers on staffing/scheduling, reviews and approves weekly timesheets and overtime.
· Facilitates High Risk and Group Supervisions.
· Participates in Case Conferences with external sources.
· Collaborates with other JB Departments (Facilities, Clinics, Central Intake, etc) for program needs.
· Participates/Performs staff evaluations.
· Ensures regulatory/agency compliance with staff completion of trainings.
· Collaborates with Residence Manager to ensure apartments are safe.
· Participates in administrative meetings.
· Participates in other on/off site meetings as scheduled.
· Participate in Client/tenant meetings and works with staff to address and resolve entitlements issues.
· Running reports in Tableau, the Agency’s reporting system.
· Document work in MyAvatar, the Agency’s EHR system.
· Ability to understand and use the Agency’s ticketing system, SysAid.
· Conduct apartment administrative walkthroughs.
· Submit internal JBFCS reports as it relates to apartment needs when necessary.
· Participate in all meetings, as assigned.
· Work collaboratively as part of a service delivery team
· Ability to travel to apartments within the five boroughs on a weekly basis
· Other duties as assigned.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for receiving, processing, shipping, and completing customer purchase orders for Sika Flooring products and services. In addition, this individual will support the region with projects that contribute to improving operational service for customers.
Using the Sales and Distribution module of SAP, the representative will follow and remain proficient in procedures for entering and managing Sales Orders and Purchase Orders. The role involves monitoring SAP-generated back-order lists, open billing lists, scheduled picking, and shipping lists to ensure timely fulfillment and anticipate customer orders and related needs. Urban Dove Team Charter School (UD Team) is a distinctive network of sports-based high schools catering to over-aged, under-credited youth. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide individual and group therapy to ~80 students, either in response to crisis or ongoing, depending on the need

at the Tufts University School of Medicine.
The Clinical Director of Women’s Health and Longevity is a prestigious leadership role created to accelerate a major new institutional priority. Catalyzed by a generous gift from Linda, A16P, A18P, and Jeffrey Moslow, A86, A16P, A18P, Tufts Medicine in collaboration with Tufts University is launching a pioneering Women’s Health and Menopause Initiative aimed at transforming menopause care and advancing women’s health across the lifespan and educating the next generation of clinicians who will care for women during their life course.
This leader will guide a system-wide effort to elevate women’s health by advancing equitable, whole-person care; strengthening clinical innovation; and building educational and research programs that influence national standards.
The Clinical Director will collaborate closely with the Tufts University School of Medicine and Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy to create a holistic model of care that integrates medicine, nutrition, and science. By aligning education, research, advocacy and clinical practice within one connected academic and health system, Tufts is establishing a national model for how universities and health systems can redefine menopause and midlife care as a catalyst for prevention, innovation, and longevity—ensuring that every woman receives care grounded in evidence, compassion, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Strategic Leadership
Provide overarching vision and direction for the Women’s Health & Longevity Program across Tufts Medicine.
Develop and execute a cohesive strategic plan aligned with institutional priorities in clinical care, research, education, and community impact.
Build system-wide collaborations across Tufts Medicine hospitals, Tufts University schools, and external partners focused on advancing Women’s Health and Longevity care.
Clinical Excellence
Launch a Boston-based academic menopause program, built on a patient-centered care model that connects patients with specialists in nutrition, sexual health, cardiology, endocrinology, physical therapy, nutrition, and more.
Expand clinical access across Tufts Medicine’s network and through telehealth – serving women across Massachusetts, including the 70% of Tufts OBGYN patients covered by Medicaid.
Serve as a training ground for students and residents to learn evidence and team-based care in Perimenopause and Menopause.
Provide outstanding, evidence-based care in Women’s Health and Perimenopause and Menopause care.
Lead innovation in menopause care, midlife health, and women’s health across the lifespan.
Advance models of equitable, whole-person care that improve quality outcomes and reduce disparities.
Training & Education
Train the next generation of leaders in women’s health and menopause care through integrated medical curricula and advanced training programs across clinical disciplines, including Medical Students, PA students, Nutrition, etc.
Develop and lead new learning programs, specialized training pathways, and interdisciplinary educational initiatives.
Serve as a mentor to medical students, residents, fellows, and junior faculty.
Research & Innovation
Fuel high-impact research in women’s health, longevity, metabolism, and nutrition—including the development of a national outcomes registry that informs best practices.
Maintain a nationally competitive, extramurally funded research portfolio.
Foster interdisciplinary collaborations leveraging Tufts strengths in nutrition, public health, aging biology, and translational science.
National Leadership & Convenings
Lead national convenings and thought-leadership efforts that shape the future of women’s health and menopause care.
Develop and deliver continuing medical education (CME) programs and professional education initiatives for clinicians nationwide.
Position Tufts Medicine as a national voice in women’s health and longevity.
Program Development & Partnerships
Build external partnerships with community organizations, national collaborators, industry leaders, and government agencies.
Work closely with philanthropy teams to advance program growth and sustain long-term impact.
Represent the initiative and Tufts Medicine at regional and national forums.
Required Qualifications
MD, DO, PhD, MD/PhD, or equivalent terminal degree.
Qualifications for appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine.
Demonstrated excellence and national reputation in women’s health, menopause care, longevity science, or closely related domains.
A strong record of accomplishment in curriculum design and execution, health policy advocacy and research support.
Demonstrated commitment to health equity, inclusive excellence, and patient-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications
Leadership experience in building and directing clinical multidisciplinary programs that also foster education and research.
Experience with population health, community-engaged research, or large-scale clinical initiatives.
Demonstrated success in national engagement, policy leadership, or professional education.

This position may qualify for endowment-supported research and program development funding and start-up resources tailored to the candidate’s expertise and program goals.

Responsibilities:
Assists surgeons with surgical procedures within the operating room under the direct supervision of a registered nurse to include conveying sterile instruments and supplies used in basic to complex surgical procedures. Adheres to policies and procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or a clinical-based program.
Six (6) months of experience in an operating room or ambulatory surgery unit
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
