Role Overview
The Warehouse Manager, Kansas City leads day-to-day operations at Foxx's KC facility to ensure efficient, accurate, and cost-effective fulfillment of customer orders. This role oversees receiving, storage, inventory control, order picking/packing, shipping, returns, and assembly activities while maintaining strong service levels and driving continuous improvement.
The Warehouse Manager is accountable for safety, productivity, inventory accuracy, and picking, packing, and shipping execution discipline across the KC warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations & Fulfillment
- Lead daily warehouse execution: receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and assembly
- Ensure high order accuracy, on-time shipping, and consistent workflow throughout the facility
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout (slotting, staging, flow paths, and storage strategy)
Inventory Control & Working Capital
- Own inventory accuracy through cycle counting, location control, and transaction discipline
- Reduce inventory variance, shrink, and aged inventory through tight process control and root-cause problem solving
- Partner with Procurement and Sales to support forecasting inputs, expedite priorities, and resolve shortages
Logistics & Cost Control
- Coordinate outbound shipping execution and carrier scheduling to support speed and cost targets
- Improve freight recovery, packaging standards, and shipment quality to reduce damage and rework
- Drive cost discipline across labor utilization, overtime, supplies, and warehouse overhead
Process, Systems & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and track KPIs for service, productivity, and inventory performance; use data to drive daily/weekly accountability
Team Leadership & Safety
- Lead, coach, and develop the KC warehouse team
- Set clear expectations, training standards, and performance accountability
- Maintain a strong safety culture, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety
Success Metrics
- Improved order accuracy and reduced credits/returns due to warehouse errors
- Increased on-time ship performance and faster cycle time from order release to ship
- Higher labor productivity and improved overtime control
- Improved inventory accuracy (cycle count results, reduced adjustments, fewer stockouts)
- Reduced freight cost and damage/rework as a percentage of revenue
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience in distribution and/or light assembly environments
- Hands-on experience improving inventory accuracy, fulfillment performance, and productivity
- Strong understanding of warehouse systems/ERP and operational KPIs
- Solid analytical and financial discipline
- Proven ability to lead teams, enforce process discipline, and build a culture of ownership and safety

We are seeking an experienced Construction Qualification & Insurance Compliance Manager to administer the Company’s pre-qualification status and subcontractor insurance compliance in accordance with contractual obligations, company risk standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. This role supports risk mitigation by ensuring subcontractors and vendors meet all qualification and insurance conditions prior to and throughout project performance. This role will also be responsible for the registration and administration of the company as a foreign entity in multiple states, filing of annual reports with various Secretary of States, prequalifying the company to bid work with General Contractors, State Department of Transportations and Contractor Boards, management of pre-qualification software’s for subcontractors, and file and maintain business licenses. Ensures the company retains the ability to bid on work across the United States. Assists the operational team with specific needs related to upcoming bids.
The Construction Qualification & Insurance Compliance Manager will report to the Director of Risk Management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the company complies with local, state & federal qualification requirements of the states, county, and cities where projects are located prior to contract award & work authorization
- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, cost control and proposal team to gather and complete necessary documents for project specific qualifications
- Track regulatory changes and recommend updates to company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and current pre-qualification records and approved subcontractor listings
- Review subcontract and vendor insurance requirements to ensure alignment with contract documents and company risk/compliance policies
- Verify certificates of insurance and required endorsements for compliance with coverage types, limits, policy terms, and contractual provisions
- Confirm satisfaction of contractual insurance conditions, including but not limited to additional insured status, primary and non-contributory wording, waiver of subrogation, and notice of cancellation requirements
- Identify, document, and resolve insurance deficiencies in coordination with subcontractors, insurance brokers, legal, and project teams
- Provide insurance compliance support for audits, risk assessments, and claims-related inquiries
- Assist with development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance procedures and controls
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in construction compliance, insurance compliance, or risk management
- Strong attention to detail, with clear understanding of state requirements for performing work as a foreign contractor
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction insurance programs, certificates of insurance, and standard endorsements
- Experience with subcontractor compliance & pre-qualification platforms such as ISN, Avetta, Building Connected, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people in diverse backgrounds & ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and enforce contract requirements
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership potential with a willingness to take initiative and drive results.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft, Google, Excel, Word and other Office applications.

- Full Time Bell Hospital Position Summary / Career Interest: A Cytotechnologist microscopically examines gynecologic and non-gynecologic specimens for cancerous/pre- cancerous cells and other pathologic findings.
Assists in obtaining diagnostic quality samples and provides feedback on fine needle aspiration procedures.
Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions Assists with data entry and cytopreparation as needed due to staffing.
- Assists with fine needle aspiration collection and adequacy, maximizing cellular recovery and preservation.
Disposes of biohazardous material, chemical waste, sharps and other potentially hazardous materials according to policy.
Evaluates and/or determines proper technical procedure for cytopreparation as needed.
Participates in continuing education and maintains CT board certification as required by the ASCP through the Certification Maintenance Program (CMP).
(Applies to
- cytotechnologists certified January 2004 and after.) Participates in quality assurance and quality improvement activities.
- Performs 5-year reviews, 10% re-screens, and other quality assurance procedures given appropriate experience level.
