Functional Purpose
Reviews and analyzes Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaint files; serves as Contracting Officer's Representative for outsourcing services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assigns cases to and coordinates the activities of independent contractors who provide pre-complaint counseling and/or mediation services. Reviews reports for legal sufficiency and authority settlement agreements reached at the pre-complaint counseling stage and monitors compliance with those agreements.
2. Reviews DRS (Dispute Resolution Specialist) Inquiry Report to determine sufficiency for acceptance and dismissal. Processes formal complaints of employment discrimination and related amendments and consolidations for acceptance and dismissal through application of Equal Employment Opportunity Commission regulations and case law. Responds to appeals of final agency decisions dismissing complaints.
3. Assigns cases to and coordinates the activities of independent contractor EEO investigators. Reviews investigative plans, and draft and completed EEO investigations to ensure compliance wtih national quality standards and regulatory timelines.
4. Coordinates and reviews the work of independent contractors preparing draft final Agency decisions on the merits of EEO complaints. Issues final agency decisions on the merits of EEO complaints on behalf of the Postal Service and responds to appeals of these final agency decisions. Reviews decisions issued by EEOC Administrative Judges on the merits of EEO complaints and issues Notices of Final Action, either implementing or appealing those decisions. Assists in responding to appeals of Notices of Final Action.
5. Develops and provides EEO training to EEO service providers, Area, and District personnel. Assists in the development and delivery of training or skills development sessions for newly selected Investigative Services Office) Analysts.
6. Provides guidance and technical advice concerning the EEO complaints process and Postal Service regulations, policies, programs and procedures to independent contractors. Provides guidance concerning EEO issues to Area and District personnel.
7. Interacts as necessary with EEO Compliance and Appeals, the Law Department, postal management, EEOC District and Field Offices, and the EEOC's Office of Federal Operations with respect to the procedures for processing pending EEO complaints.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Life Actuary to join the Life Company's Asset Liability Management Team. This role coordinates, prepares, and performs actuarial analyses required to develop new products, project future results, reprice existing products, and/or determine financial strength.
This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site four days per week. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
What you'll do:
- Performs complex work assignments utilizing actuarial modeling software driven models for pricing, valuation, and/or risk management.
- Reviews laws and regulations to ensure all processes are compliant; and provides recommendations for improvements and monitors industry communications regarding potential changes to existing laws and regulations.
- Runs models, generates reports, and presents recommendations and detailed analysis of all model runs to Actuarial Leadership.

The RoleCrunch Fitness is seeking a Director of Marketing to help both acquire and retain customers while supporting all company marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience developing the overall marketing strategy for the brand as well as onset promotions, managing social media presence, and working cohesively with a team to create and manage industry appropriate content to promote our brand.
Key Job Functions- Execute Facebook Ads for open clubs. Optimize Facebook audiences for lowest CPA.
- Research additional digital advertising platforms.
- Provide training and resources for the field as deemed necessary.
- Visit clubs to provide further social media training.
- Complete weekly and monthly reporting.
- Update dashboards and reporting spreadsheets accordingly.
- Present analytics to management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Work with department heads to create content for personal training and group fitness.
- Direct monthly social media targets.
- Monitor club sales reports with the marketing team.
- Optimize pages for prospect generation.
Proven track record of revenue-driving results

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to manage and lead the company's dispute resolution and enforcement efforts, with a primary focus on arbitration, mediation, and litigation related to customer non-payment and contract enforcement.
This role will serve as the key member of the in-house legal function and will be responsible for driving favorable outcomes in disputes while balancing legal strategy, cost efficiency, and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic legal professional with strong litigation instincts and a demonstrated ability to resolve and negotiate positive resolutions to matters efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage disputes involving customer non-payment, contract enforcement, and fee recovery through negotiation, arbitration, mediation, and litigation
- Draft and oversee demand letters, pleadings, settlement agreements, and related legal documentation
- Represent the company in proceedings where permitted and coordinate closely with outside counsel as necessary
- Develop and execute dispute resolution strategies aligned with financial and operational goals
- Negotiate settlements that maximize recovery while minimizing legal risk and expense
- Establish and refine internal escalation, enforcement, and dispute management processes
- Monitor and report on recovery performance, cycle times, and legal spend
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership to support cash flow and risk management objectives
- Reduce reliance on outside counsel by expanding in-house capabilities
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (NY or Florida) (Both preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in litigation, arbitration, mediation, or dispute resolution
- Litigation experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing disputes from initiation through resolution
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal rigor and commercial realities
- Proven ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience building or scaling in-house legal or collections functions
- Background in financial services, real estate, SaaS, fintech, or professional services
- Experience reducing legal spend while improving recovery outcomes
- Leadership experience managing paralegals, legal operations, or junior legal staff.
