The Director of Manufacturing will lead the production, planning, quality inspection and inventory control teams and work with the test and engineering teams for successful LRIP (Low-Rate Initial Production) of our Subsurface Compressor Systems; perform cost reduction; improve productivity, ensure quality builds; and ensure deliveries are made on time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the manufacturing team to meet delivery commitments.
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule; identify risks and take mitigating actions to address them preemptively.
- Ensure production builds meet delivery, design, quality and forecasted budget.
- Drive the S&OP forecasting process based on sales outlook, fleet support and internal usage.
- Maintain spare part requirements for the operating fleet including R&D. Drive the S&OP process through purchase approvals.

Part-Time Opportunities
When serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Nurse, your duties are carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Nurse Corps Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, you may serve anywhere in the world, including locations in the U.S., at bases overseas, or in areas where humanitarian needs are great.

Officer Candidates are required to attend Officer Development School (ODS) in Newport, RI. ODS is a five-week program that provides a comprehensive and intense introduction to the responsibilities of Navy Staff Corps Officers. Officers who previously held a commission in another United States Military Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Public Health Service, or United States Coast Guard are exempt from attending ODS or LDO/CWO Academy.
With flexible training options, Nurses in the Navy Reserve can comfortably balance civilian and military schedules. Additionally, professional nurses who choose to serve as Reserve Sailors in the Navy Nurse Corps may qualify for special offers. In this role, you will shape graphics across owned apparel categories and create high-quality digital assets that support marketing and e-commerce initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with senior designers and cross-functional partners, helping projects stay on track and pushing concepts from concept to execution under fast deadlines. What You’ll Do
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Creative Concepting & Graphic Development
- Partner closely with the Creative Director to develop innovative, original concepts that embody the Civil brand identity
- Translate brand philosophy, aesthetic standards, and cultural cues into compelling graphics, artwork, and collections
- Research trends, techniques, materials, and visual directions relevant to Civil’s customer and infuse them into design concepts
Product & Design Collaboration
- Collaborate with the apparel design team to ensure cohesive, seasonally aligned assortments across categories
- Participate in weekly design critiques, working with the team to prepare designs for presentation.
- Produce and manage line sheets for owned categories, cross-check accuracy in collaboration with the design team prior to handoffs
- Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and design assets for factory partners
Development & Production Support
- Prepare tech packs, manage sample requests, support PLM updates, and communicate clearly with factories throughout development
- Review samples and communicate feedback, changes, or approvals to ensure product accuracy and timely execution
- Partner cross-functionally to maintain design integrity as styles move through the product lifecycle
Execution & Delivery
- Meet all deliverables, deadlines, and calendar milestones aligned with brand, business, and production timelines
- Support digital content needs for e-commerce, campaigns, and marketing assets as requested
