Summary:

This role will provide CT Imaging for the broad patient population applying protocols defined the organization’s Radiologists and Cardiologists. This role will produce CT images that meet the quality expectations of the department. In addition to provision of CT support, is also proficient and available for working in two of the following areas: IR-CT, X-ray, O.R. X-ray, GI-Fluoro or Clinical Instructor. As a CT Tech, understands and integrates into the delivery of patient care in regards to their growth and development process. The position actively supports the Hospital’s and Department’s Continuous Quality Improvement and customer service goals, individually and as an effective team member. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and ICARE values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

Required Job Qualifications:

•Graduate from an accredited Radiography Program.

•Valid Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) license.

•Certification in CT with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

•In addition to CT, provides routine support to two of the following areas: IR-CT, X-ray, O.R. X-ray, GI-Fluoro or Clinical Instructor.

•Competent and proficient in operation of imaging equipment

About the Role

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist us in achieving our Federally Qualified Health Care (FQHC) status.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Midwest Refuah Health Center (MRHC) is seeking a skilled and compassionate Neuropsychologist to join our team. This role involves providing expert diagnostic assessments, therapeutic interventions, and consultation services to patients across various age groups. The Neuropsychologist will play a vital role in evaluating and addressing cognitive, behavioral, and emotional challenges while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis:
  • Perform comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for patients with neurological, psychiatric, and developmental disorders.
  • Utilize a variety of testing tools to assess cognitive functioning, memory, attention, executive skills, and emotional well-being.
  • Therapeutic Interventions:
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address identified cognitive and psychological challenges.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for patients and their families to improve functioning and quality of life.
  • Collaboration and Consultation:
  • Work closely with physicians, psychologists, therapists, and other healthcare providers to develop integrated care plans.
  • Offer expert consultation to medical and clinical teams regarding patient care strategies.
  • Patient and Family Support:
  • Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and coping strategies.
  • Provide guidance and resources to enhance patient and family understanding and engagement in the care process.
  • Research and Education (Optional):
  • Participate in research initiatives to advance the understanding and treatment of neuropsychological conditions.
  • Conduct staff training sessions to enhance understanding of neuropsychological principles and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or Neuropsychology from an accredited program.
  • Completion of an APPIC-approved internship with a focus on neuropsychology or psychological testing.
  • Postdoctoral training in neuropsychology is highly preferred.
  • Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in Illinois or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Clinical Neuropsychology (ABPP-CN) is preferred.
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric cases.

Job Description

Salary: $17.50 - $18.25 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Part Time, various days of the week and alternating weekends

In this position, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the development, planning, implementation, the execution of the activities for residents.
  • Assisting in the development of the monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library.
  • Driving residents to events, assisting residents to enter and exit the community vehicle.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, we believe that you will; need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle records, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Strong customer service skills are required.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Proven expertise in LIHTC, HUD, and other affordable housing program compliance.
  • Housing Choice Voucher experience is a must.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, multi-site teams.
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in property management software (RealPage-OneSite).
  • Ability to travel regularly to properties within the Chicago area.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
