Patients receive nursing care, the medical staff manages medical problems, and rehabilitation is provided in our state-of-the-art center. We are internationally recognized and accredited as a Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility with specialty accreditations in stroke, brain injury, and amputation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

  • Delaware RN License or Compact Nursing License required.

4N is a Medical Stepdown Unit caring for patients with diagnoses affecting all systems: Pneumonia, COPD, HF, Stroke, change in mental status, diabetes, wounds, UTI, Pancreatitis, and cellulitis.  The patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients.  The unit provides staff with various learning experiences in a fast-paced environment. 

Working on a mixed-acuity unit will enable you to become ACLS certified, learn from critical and emergent patient situations, and apply best practice techniques from evidence-based care.
