LHH is seeking a Production Manager for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a food/beverage manufacturing client located in the Greater Indianapolis, IN area. In this role, you will join a well-established organization who has a very positive reputation in the community and is well-known for manufacturing products at the highest level of quality. You will direct the production and operations teams, lead continuous improvement projects, implement change, manage P&L, and contribute to the growth of this facility and its employees. The compensation is commensurate to experience and will range between $120,000-135,000 per year plus bonus and includes several medical insurance options to choose from, generous Paid Time Off, and a 401K plan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all production operations across the manufacturing facility
- Review/revise standard operation procedures, prepare and maintain operations budget, and lead strategic planning meetings to ensure the achievement of company KPIs
- Oversee all special projects and capital projects
- Ensure all departments are operating effectively, encouraging collaboration, and adhering to quality and sanitation standards
- Develop strategies to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Focus on cost-effective initiatives to increase company profitability while maintaining high levels of customer service
- Analyze production metrics and data to determine areas to improve
- Foster a collaborative work culture through open communication, high visibility and strong leadership
- Be a proactive leader, self-motivated and able to analyze, react and develop a plan of action and see it through

NON-NEGOTIABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field is highly preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience at the Operations Manager and/or Plant Manager level with responsibility over a food/beverage manufacturing plant is required
- Must have 8+ years of experience within food/beverage manufacturing
- Must have experience with sanitation within a food/beverage manufacturing facility
- Previous experience and/or knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and SQF is preferred
- Strong business acumen and experience with strategic planning, budgeting, improving EBITDA, resource allocation, gross margin improvement, human resources, customer service, and leadership of direct reports
- Proven track record of implementing initiatives resulting in increased organizational efficiencies and profitable outcomes
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with customers, employees and fellow leadership, exemplifying professionalism and driving a culture of positivity and excellence

WHAT?:

The role responsibilities are, but are not limited to:
- Provide technical support, oversite and team leadership for Quality Control Chemistry, Microbiology and Quality Control Technical Services.
- Assist in the development of individual team members by providing mentorship to analysts/data reviewers and communicating with Quality Control Leadership on team performance.
- Develop and improve current processes to maintain and control the general functions of INCOG Quality Control.
- Assure compliance with cGMP requirements (current good manufacturing practices).
- Perform laboratory walk-throughs and ensure laboratory spaces maintain inspection readiness and control.
YOU:
Ideally, candidates will have 3-5 years working knowledge of GMP laboratory operations (Chemistry or Microbiology), as well as a relevant Bachelor’s degree. They will also have:
- Experience with using laboratory instrumentation from pH/conductivity meters, osmometers, and density meters to more complicated systems used for UHPLC/HPLC, GC, CE, icIEF, endotoxin, and bioburden analysis.
- 1-2 years of people leadership experience
- Knowledge of Quality Control Microbiology and Chemistry, GxP principles, CAPA/Investigation management, and data/document review
- Knowledge of Aseptic techniques and processing

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Customer Experience Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. This individual is responsible for fostering strong relationships, understanding the unique needs of prospects and residents, addressing day-to-day challenges, and collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure seamless operations. They act as the first point of on-site contact for residents and prospects, representing the company’s commitment to quality and satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Relationship Building with Prospects
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments.
- Engage proactively with prospects to build strong relationships and create a positive first impression of the company.
- Assist potential residents by providing detailed information about available units, community amenities, and leasing options.
- Follow up with leads from the off-site sales and leasing team, as they are integrated into the property portfolio(s), to support lease closings and maintain a seamless prospect journey.
- Implement and support resident events or activities to enhance the community experience.
- Understanding Prospect and Resident Needs
- Conduct needs assessments to match prospects with the most suitable units based on their preferences and requirements.
- Develop a thorough understanding of apartment layouts, features, and community amenities to address inquiries with confidence and accuracy.
Resident Resolution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents reporting concerns, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor resident concerns, including maintenance requests, billing questions, and general inquiries.
- Collaboration with the Resident Screening team (as integrated into your property portfolio(s)) to optimize leasing performance and align with property goals through standard communication channels and routine touchpoints.
- Track and manage all leasing data, including prospects, applications, and resident information, within the company’s software systems.
- Coordinate with the Resident Screening team to confirm applications are processed timely and applicants are well informed and prepared for the move-in procedure.
Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the company’s property management software (Onesite).
- Prepare and present regular reports on resident satisfaction, leasing performance, and operational key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
Collaboration with Central Property Operations
- Resident Screening: Partner with the Resident Screening team to ensure applications are processed quickly and accurately, while preparing residents and units for a smooth handoff back to the site for move-in execution after screening and lease completion.
- Resident Services (Renewals & Billbacks): Collaborate with Resident Services to ensure timely renewal pricing is available and communicated, and that move-out damages are documented and submitted promptly to support accurate billbacks.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Work alongside the AR team by providing on-the-ground resident context, assisting with delivery of hard notices when needed, and supporting collection efforts through direct resident communication.
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Assist in handling various administrative tasks, including preparing leasing documents, updating resident records, and managing correspondence.
- Support community events or initiatives aimed at enhancing resident experience.
- Understand and adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with offsite teams as they are integrated into the property portfolio(s), ensuring alignment, operational continuity, and overall operational success of the community or communities.

Summary/Objective
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, while also managing SePRO’s Carmel office operations. This highly visible and dynamic role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and deliver proactive solutions with professionalism and confidentiality.
Essential Functions
Executive and Board Support
- Provide advanced calendar and meeting management for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team; prioritize inquiries, troubleshoot conflicts, and ensure seamless daily operations.
- Serve as liaison and support to the Board of Directors. Plan and manage all logistics for Board meetings and events.
- Complete a wide range of administrative duties to support the CEO’s leadership of the organization, including:
- Managing special projects
- Designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations
- Preparing meeting materials and correspondence
- Maintaining contact lists and arranging travel
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters related to the CEO, often involving sensitive or confidential information. Assess priorities and determine appropriate action, referral, or response.
- Coordinate Executive Leadership Team meetings and provide support for company-wide staff meetings and events.
Office Operations
- Manage all aspects of SePRO’s Carmel office operations to ensure a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment.

Event and Project Management

Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers’ products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers!
The CDL-A Driver is responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight and drive and drop routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading food and food related products to customers in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner.
- Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
- Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed.
- Reports all safety issues and/or repairs required.
- Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies.
- Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight.
- Performs count check of items and check customer invoices of products that have been loaded.
- Checks and completes in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paperwork associated with freight.
- Moves tractor to the loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.
- Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule.
- Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas.
- Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contact supervisor about removing orders according to company policy.
- Verifies delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
- Collects money (cash or checks) where required. Loads customer returns on to trailer and secures trailer doors.
- Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
- Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork. Unloads all equipment, materials and remove trash from trailers as required.
- Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.
- Performs general housekeeping duties in tractor, loading dock area and keep trailers clear and clean as required.
- At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent• 12+ months commercial driving
• Valid CDL-A
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable)
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
• Pass road test
• Attains or has valid current DOT Health Card and/or able to secure new DOT Health Card
• Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout shift; product generally ranges from between 10-35 pounds and up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location

About BioLife Plasma Services

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support plasma center operations.
BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.
About the role:
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, management of donor adverse events, review of laboratory test results, and donor notification of unsuitable test results. The Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) works under the guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager as applicable) for operational guidance and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues. The Medical Support Specialist will be familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry or a manufacturing environment. The Medical Support Specialist follows guidance provided by BioLife Medical Affairs and provides center level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS).
How you will contribute
You will determine donor eligibility; to include, proper management of informed consent, AIDS education and confidential self-exclusion, medical history interview and acceptance requirements, physical examination, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE).
You will evaluate donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.
You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.
You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.
You will manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER. Refer to EHS guidance regarding employee incidents.
You can be a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations associated with pandemic threats within the local community as indicated by EHS or Medical Affairs.
What you bring to Takeda:
High school diploma or equivalent to including graduate equivalent of a recognized educational nursing program with state requirements
Currently licensed or certified in the state where responsibilities will be assigned: LPN or LVN
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
Fulfill state requirements (in state of licensure) for basic IV therapy
Satisfactorily complete the FDA approved training requirements for BioLife Medical Support Specialist
Two years in a clinical or hospital setting

The estimated hourly wage range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
