The Senior Corporate Accounting Manager will give global technical accounting and operational guidance and mentorship to both US and international staff for our close, consolidation and financial reporting processes, and will have responsibilities for preparing financial analyses to support journal entries and reconciliations. The Pathology and Laboratory Department is a twelve-member group that serves four hospitals in Santa Clara County: O'Connor Hospital in San Jose, CA; Regional Medical Center, in San Jose, CA; Saint Louise Regional Hospital in Gilroy, CA; and Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, CA.
The Laboratory within Santa Clara Valley Healthcare is a full-service Clinical and Anatomic Pathology Laboratory comprised of the sections of Chemistry, Special Chemistry, Toxicology, Hematology, Coagulation, Transfusion Service, Microbiology, Virology, Mycobacteriology, Immunology, Parasitology, Mycology, Processing and Accessioning, Histology, Cytology, Laboratory Information Services, and Support Services. The high volume, multi-disciplinary workload provides rich and varied experiences in laboratory medicine.

About the Position
The Chair of Pathology and Laboratory requires an active California Medical license, and the candidates must be Board Certified in both Anatomic and Clinical Pathology with a minimum of 3 years of progressive medical leadership experience. Experience at a large hospital or health system with Level I or II trauma center is highly desirable.
The Chair will oversee departmental strategic direction, clinical operations, quality improvement, faculty development, and the integration of all pathology and laboratory services within the health system. The Chair is responsible for the leadership oversight of all medical staff functions (i.e. OPPE, FPPE, peer review). The Glazing Engineer is responsible for the completion of high quality façade, curtain wall and glazing system projects on time, within budget and within scope. This role will oversee all aspects of a project from start to finish by coordinating efforts involving the internal team, subcontractors, vendors, and owners/developers. - Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools; familiarity with façade testing standards (ASTM, AAMA, NFRC)

Job Title: Sourcing and Contract Specialist
Our client, a leader in their industry, is hiring Sourcing and Contract Specialists. These are contract roles, currently scheduled through 12/31/26 with potential to convert to direct hire.
Hybrid Role: Training will be on-site for 2 weeks, and then the role will be hybrid. After the training period, the work is expected to be mainly remote with occasional on-site meetings.

What can you expect to do?
Responsibilities:
• Conducts negotiations with bidders, for non-routine, may support or work with Sourcing.
• Coordinates and assembles supporting documentation to support audits.
• Works with vendors and internal stakeholders to assemble, review, prepare, and route for vendor and management approval (using ARIBA and EDRS), necessary documents for these tasks.
• Works with vendors, Project Team to improve quality of supporting contract documents to reduce rework required by others.
• May assist in the creation and development of purchase requisitions.
• For Routine Contracts, reviews vendor proposals to ensure that rates and terms are consistent with outline agreements.
• May support / review vendor proposals to ensure that rates and terms are consistent with outline agreements.
• Ensures that Company standards are followed when executing contract documents.
• Tracks approval status of contracting documents from inception through approval and ensures that documents are routed expeditiously.
• For Routine Contracts, conducts negotiations with bidders, for non-routine, may support or work with Sourcing department.
• Reviews purchase orders and contracts as part of procurement approval process.
• Provides technical support and analysis in preparation of scope, cost, schedule, safety and environmental concerns pertinent to the contract specifications; and verify and process contract invoices.
What is needed to be successful in this role?
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field

WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are seeking a purpose-driven team member dedicated to providing quality care to patients in a safe and professional environment. The Patient Care Technician Trainee (PCT Trainee) will be in training to learn how to provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. The PCT Trainee will learn how to perform the hemodialysis treatment according to Satellite and the local center's policies and procedures. The care that will be taught will include taking and monitoring patient vital signs, performing blood tests, documenting appropriate patient information, preparing and monitoring dialysis equipment, and cleaning equipment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: One (1) year of medical experience preferred
Education: High School Diploma, G.E.D. certificate, or equivalent
License/Certification:
Current CPR certification BONENT/NNCC/NNCO certification is required within 18 months from the hire date. CDPH CHT certification (for CA locations only) is required within 18 months from the hire date
