- Engineering degree in EE, CS, or similar (Masters or MBA preferred) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise mobility or related fields
- Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-enabled features in mobile apps or devices, ideally within enterprise environments
- Experience collaborating with AI/ML engineering teams and understanding model lifecycle management (training, deployment, performance monitoring)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and on-device AI technologies (e.g., TensorFlow Lite, Core ML, Android ML Kit) is desired
- Working knowledge of IT Admin needs for enterprise device deployment & management is desired

This position is responsible for delivering on top line revenue as well as growth and LC targets by managing new and prospective customer acquisitions, sales strategies and securing opportunities for the North America region.

Education and experience required include a B.S. or B.A. in relevant area of study and 10+ years of experience in a testing laboratory setting, preferably with Electronic/Electrical products. Knowledge/skills/abilities include critical thinking and problem-solving skills, familiarity with word processing and database software, advanced language proficiency, solid organizational skills, ability to obtain and assess objective evidence fairly, excellent language and communication skills, good listening skills, solid leadership skills, and ability to work with persons from diverse backgrounds.
Pay range: $118,100-$157,400/ year

About This Role:
- In a company-provided vehicle, you will educate and advise students while teaching them the fundamentals of operating a car behind the wheel
- Well assist you in obtaining the state-required driving instructor certification through our paid training program. Our training team will guide you through the requirements and provide the coursework to obtain your state license.
- All of our lessons are taught in a Coastline Car and recorded with a dashboard camera for the safety of you and your student
- The majority of the demand for driving lessons is in the afternoons and weekends as most of our students are on a school schedule. A typical day could consist of three, two-hour lessons.
What does training entail?
- Training will consist of 60 hours of learning (40 hours of at home reading and modules and 20 hours of behind-the-wheel in-car in person training)
- In-person behind-the-wheel training in a Coastline car in your local area
- You will shadow 3 in-car lessons as well as do 3 x 4 hours of training with a Certified Trainer
Responsibilities:
- Teaching practical skills related to all aspects of driving
- Providing instruction on the rules of the road
- Helping students to develop confidence in their driving skills
- Gaining control of the vehicle during emergency situations
- Documenting and reporting on students' progress
- Maintaining timely communication with your supervisor and support team
- Maintaining professionalism with students and fellow team members
- Attending team meetings for updates and ongoing development
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for helping people learn

- A valid State Driver's License in the state you wish to work in
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and reference check
- Must have 10 years of legal driving experience

- Ability to focus for extended periods of time
Physical Requirements:
