What You Bring
JD from an accredited law school.
Active California State Bar license.
10+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience, with a focus on catastrophic injury cases.
Extensive jury trial experience, with a strong preference for having tried 10+ cases to verdict.
ABOTA membership preferred; Board Certification in Civil Trial Law is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ verdicts or settlements.
Mastery in litigation strategy, negotiation, and trial storytelling.
Technologically proficient with legal research (e.g., Westlaw, Lexis), case management (Filevine preferred), and other trial tools.

The Distribution Legal group is seeking a Sr. Paralegal to work in a fast-paced environment on innovative, high-profile, industry-leading content distribution matters for Disney Platform Distribution, including Internet and television distribution of Disney’s portfolio of motion picture and television titles on a linear (free, basic, pay), SVOD, ADVOD and direct-to-consumer basis (e.g., Hulu, Star, and Disney+). What You Will Do:
Work closely with attorneys and directly with business units on drafting, negotiating and closing license agreements:
with distribution licensees in the U.S. and Canada for linear broadcast, basic cable and pay television with accompanying video-on-demand usage rights;
for the acquisition of motion picture and television content to support the strategic distribution activities of Disney Platform Distribution on a global basis;
for the acquisition and distribution of television formats with third parties and Disney business units worldwide; and

Outcast is a fast-growing global fashion brand where ecommerce sits at the centre of how we connect with our customers. We’re looking for an E-Commerce Content & Merchandising Manager to own the onsite content and merchandising experience across our global ecommerce websites.
Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce & Technology, this hands-on role balances brand storytelling with commercial performance, shaping how customers discover, engage with, and shop Outcast online.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and execute onsite merchandising across all global sites
• Optimise product discovery to drive conversion, engagement, and AOV
• Manage homepage hierarchy, category curation, and product prioritisation
• Deliver onsite execution for campaigns, drops, and cultural moments
• Partner with Creative, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Technology teams
• Analyse performance, lead A/B testing, and turn insights into action
• Lead and develop one direct report
Skills & Experience
• 6–8 years’ experience in ecommerce merchandising or digital commerce
• Fashion or apparel ecommerce experience (essential)
• Hands-on experience with Searchspring or similar tools (essential)
• Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare files and trial materials to ensure seamless legal proceedings.
- File and serve legal documents, ensuring attention to detail and meeting all deadlines.
- Manage administrative tasks such as calendaring deadlines, organizing client files, and managing the court calendar to maintain impeccable records.
- Coordinate with clients to collect necessary documentation and meet their needs efficiently.
- Organize file storage to support the firm’s operational excellence.
- Additional duties include conducting legal research, managing correspondence, and facilitating communication between attorneys, clients, and court officials.
- Assist in legal drafting.

- 2+ years of experience in California family law
