The Role


The Construction Project Manager plays a key role in overseeing new store construction and renovation projects in the U.S. Reporting to the Senior Director, Store Development or the Senior Construction Project Manager, this position leads a project team to ensure all projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and in compliance with company standards, landlord requirements, and local regulations. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to the company’s ongoing expansion goals.


The role will be stationed in Brea, CA, traveling is required.


Major Responsibilities


  • Provide clear direction and daily scheduling to project team members to ensure effective performance.
  • Deliver timely follow-up, feedback and performance evaluations to project team members.
  • Establish and implement an efficient Construction Management System to monitor and manage all active projects.
  • Develop and review comprehensive project plans and specifications, including scope, schedule, and resource requirements.
  • Research and recommend materials, equipment, and tools that meet operational needs and standards.
  • Supervise multiple project teams to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to timelines and budgets, keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to support organizational needs and initiatives.
  • Work with designers, engineers, general contractors, landlords, and local authorities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Execute and, when necessary, adapt strategies to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Travel frequently across the U.S. to oversee new store developments and renovation projects.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts and agreements, prepare and monitor budgets, and ensure proper financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure all necessary building permits are obtained and properly closed upon project completion.
  • Organize, collect, and provide all contracts, agreements, and invoices to Finance & Accounting and other internal departments as required.
  • Develop long-term construction strategies to support the company’s rapid expansion in the U.S.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.


You Should Have/Be:


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction project management, preferably with retail brands or supermarket chains.
  • Proven experience in design, architecture, construction, maintenance, and renovations.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and strong technical and mechanical understanding.
  • Demonstrated supervisory, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills in English; knowledge in Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in quality assurance, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Quality roles within nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing industries.
  • Previous experience in dietary supplements manufacturing, specifically with soft gel dosage forms, is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, GMP, ISO standards) and other regulatory frameworks relevant to nutraceutical manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in managing audits and compliance programs.
  • Familiarity with analytical and microbiological testing methods.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Certifications preferred: ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) or other relevant quality or regulatory certifications.

Job description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer / Planner to join our dynamic Team. In this position you will develop manufacturing routing to produce CNC machined and/or ground components, including pre and post processing operations. This position will also be a key team member in providing technical expertise to contribute to the overall success of manufacturing development. Candidates with similar experience with F-35, F-15 or similar programs are highly encouraged to apply.

This position will work with EPICOR Kinetic ERP and other tools to capture details of operations to produce travelers and document the process for repeatability and reproducibility, while collaborating with our cross-functional teams, production personnel, and suppliers, to ensure efficient and effective production processes and flow.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed method of manufacturing (MOM) for CNC Machined Components and Assemblies.
  • Enter planning and details of manufacturing processes into our ERP system for efficient routing.
  • Collaborate with internal Teams to review engineering drawings, specifications, technical requirements to support manufacturing plans.
  • Ensure method of manufacturing complies with AS9100 quality standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
  • Assists in reviewing supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met.
  • Develops, implements and maintains various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Manufacturing Planner in the Aerospace industry on Military platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of AS9100 Quality System, Aerospace Manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and inspection.
  • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation, ASTM, AMS-STD, MIL-STD, MIL-SPEC.
  • Thorough understanding of GD&T per ASME Y14.5 to ensure accurate and consistent production of manufactured components.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
  • Ability to open and manipulate CAD Models
