• Document all pertinent clinical information prior to exam, obtain informed consent, and complete all required fields within MEDITECH accurately and on time
• Maintain proactive and effective communication with patient and other caregiver colleagues to include the radiologist
• Check the operation of the equipment, maintain cleanliness of table/equipment to prevent cross-contamination of contagious diseases and keep room stocked with linens and necessary supplies

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Radiologic Technology program at an AMA-approved school
• Valid ARRT certification
• Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to perform work which requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 100 lbs.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to manage and lead the company's dispute resolution and enforcement efforts, with a primary focus on arbitration, mediation, and litigation related to customer non-payment and contract enforcement.

This role will serve as the key member of the in-house legal function and will be responsible for driving favorable outcomes in disputes while balancing legal strategy, cost efficiency, and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic legal professional with strong litigation instincts and a demonstrated ability to resolve and negotiate positive resolutions to matters efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage disputes involving customer non-payment, contract enforcement, and fee recovery through negotiation, arbitration, mediation, and litigation
• Draft and oversee demand letters, pleadings, settlement agreements, and related legal documentation
• Represent the company in proceedings where permitted and coordinate closely with outside counsel as necessary
• Develop and execute dispute resolution strategies aligned with financial and operational goals
• Negotiate settlements that maximize recovery while minimizing legal risk and expense
• Establish and refine internal escalation, enforcement, and dispute management processes
• Monitor and report on recovery performance, cycle times, and legal spend
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership to support cash flow and risk management objectives
• Reduce reliance on outside counsel by expanding in-house capabilities

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (NY or Florida) (Both preferred)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in litigation, arbitration, mediation, or dispute resolution
• Litigation experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing disputes from initiation through resolution
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal rigor and commercial realities
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an established, nationally recognized law firm to identify a skilled Legal Administrative Assistant to support multiple attorneys in its Tampa office. This full-time, onsite role requires a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong, long-tenured experience supporting Commercial Real Estate and Land Use attorneys in a U.S. law firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of attorneys, including document preparation, proofreading, formatting, and file management.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and assist with time entry.
• Prepare, revise, and finalize correspondence, pleadings, and legal filings while ensuring accuracy and compliance with court requirements.
• Maintain organized digital and physical files and help manage case workflows and deadlines.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external parties.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of stable experience supporting Commercial Real Estate and Land Use attorneys in a U.S. law firm.
• Professional background focused on zoning, permitting, land development, and property issues.
• Land-use litigation is strongly preferred, and pre-and post-closing experience is required.
• Proven ability to handle a high-volume workload with precision, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to anticipate needs and operate with limited supervision.
• Availability to work onsite full-time in Tampa, FL (33602).

Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a well-established U.S. law firm in downtown Tampa who seeks an experienced Business Transactions Paralegal to support a high-volume practice handling a wide range of corporate, commercial, and transactional matters. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of recent, tenured experience in a U.S. law firm, with strong capabilities in entity work, corporate governance, commercial transactions, and M&A support. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive client‐service approach, and the ability to support multiple attorneys with competing deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with business formation activities, entity maintenance, and related corporate records.
• Prepare, track, and file corporate documents, including registrations, amendments, annual reports, and other required filings.
• Assist with transactional matters, including due diligence, document organization, closing preparation, and managing follow‐up items.
• Coordinate and review commercial contracts and other business agreements; assist with revisions and document management.
• Conduct online research involving regulatory, corporate, and transactional matters.
• Maintain internal databases, calendars, and deadline schedules for business entities and transactional projects.
• Assist with corporate governance materials, including resolutions, consents, and meeting documentation.
• Handle high-volume task management while supporting 20+ attorneys in the practice group and providing overflow assistance to other groups when needed.
• Manage time‐sensitive deadlines while maintaining accuracy and thorough documentation.

Required Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of recent, continuous experience as a paralegal (with billing requirements) in a U.S. law firm, focused on business transactions.
• Hands-on experience with M&A support, entity formation, corporate governance, and corporate filings.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume work while supporting multiple attorneys.
• Strong research skills, including regulatory and corporate research tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and follow‐through abilities.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard legal technology platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or paralegal studies coursework.
• Paralegal certificate (ABA-approved preferred).
• Experience coordinating multi-jurisdictional entity work.
