Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with design, mobile, and product teams to deliver AI-driven user experiences end-to-end.
About You 5+ years of experience in backend or AI software engineering.
Proficiency in Python, APIs, and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, LLM integrations, and agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI).
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, PGVector) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Solid understanding of model evaluation, testing, and performance monitoring.
Skilled in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or similar) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Bonus: Familiarity with reinforcement learning or multi-agent coordination systems.
