Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, directly supporting the CHRO and aligning people strategies with business objectives.

This role will lead a team of HR Generalists and oversee the full employee lifecycle across a multi-state environment, balancing strategic influence with hands-on execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to drive workforce strategy, organizational design, and performance management
  • Lead and develop HR team members while ensuring strong execution of day-to-day HR operations
  • Manage employee relations, including complex issues, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Oversee onboarding, performance cycles, compensation, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state employment laws and company policies
  • Support change management initiatives, including restructures and workforce planning
  • Use HR data and analytics to guide decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness


Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or senior advisory roles
  • Experience leading HR teams in a multi-state U.S. environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and employee relations
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
