Position Responsibilities:
- Lead pricebook team, overseeing the database and its relationship with inventory and
- replenishment systems, store back office, and point of sale.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all retail products by leading efforts to
- maintain accurate and up-to-date item setup and information across all systems,
- ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Ability and willingness to work collaboratively across multiple departments including
- merchandising, marketing, accounting and operations.
- Optimizing existing processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and
- implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain data flow to support automated systems and processes, ensuring seamless
- data flow to supply system and other supporting systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, merchandising, or relevant experience is
- required.
- Three to five years’ experience leading teams in a similar environment is required.
- Working knowledge of PDI/Enterprise Price Book required.
- Understanding of pricing and inventory.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
- Detail oriented with strong organization skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office suite skills.
- PDI SIIMPS experience is preferred.
- POS Vendor equipment and Handheld knowledge is preferred.
- Experience with Operational Item Inventory preferred
- Experience with multi-jurisdictional sales tax and excise tax
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform GPS-based field surveys to capture existing site and utility information
- Collect, verify, and document field data for use in design and construction activities
- Prepare and update drawings using AutoCAD based on field observations and survey results
- Conduct constructability reviews of preliminary layouts and design exhibits
- Document existing site conditions through notes, sketches, and photographs
- Perform electronic utility locates and assist with measuring utility depths as required
- Understand and apply knowledge of rights-of-way, easements, parcels, and private property constraints
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project managers to resolve field-related issues
- Represent the company during site visits, coordination meetings, and preconstruction activities
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, business owners, and stakeholders, including de-escalation when needed
- Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and field protocols
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project delivery
Required Education and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in field engineering, surveying, utility coordination, or technical drafting
- Experience performing GPS survey work and supporting design teams with field data
- Must be based in Texas and available to work locally during normal business hours
- Valid State Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy

3. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

The Opportunity
To assist in the proper maintenance of the store, particularly in the Produce Department and assist customers on the store floor as needed.
The Utilities Clerk will properly bag groceries for customers when needed. If requested, they will carry out groceries for customers. The Utilities Clerk is responsible for the store maintenance to ensure the store is clean and safe at all times. They will maintain and retrieve store carts, run price checks, assist with go-backs, assist with check stand upkeep, and remove waste from the parking area.
The working environment is typical for a fast-paced grocery store, and essential functions of this job include physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking and kneeling as well as visual and auditory requirements. Women who may have the ability to produce eggs but are unable to use their uterus or do not have a uterus, may consider a surrogate. A donated egg may also be used with the surrogate in the event a woman cannot produce her own eggs or her uterus is not intact or insufficient to carry a pregnancy. In either case, the husband's sperm, if viable, may be used.
Using an egg donor unrelated to the surrogate carrier eliminates any biological tie. The egg of the surrogate is never used as part of the assisted reproduction process, so that a surrogate is never in the position of delivering her own biological child.
The basic requirements of a woman to serve as a surrogate are:
- Emotionally stable
- Responsible
- In good physical health
- Non-smoker
- Has had at least one successful pregnancy
- Is capable of carrying a child to full term
A woman is not required to fall within a particular age range to serve as a surrogate, but most intended parents prefer a surrogate under the age of 40. For more information on surrogacy please see the documents on the left side of this page.
In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.
Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. The amount of compensation is dependent upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, whether the surrogate carries twins, what procedures a surrogate is required to undergo and whether the delivery is vaginally or by cesarean section.
