Job Summary Medical Affairs Diagnostic lead, under leadership of the Executive Director of Research and Strategy, US Oncology Medical Affairs.
Develops and implements the USMA diagnostic strategy and tactical plan for all therapeutic areas as part of the US Brand Strategic Plan and leads the execution of the activities in the USMA plan including Launch Readiness and Life Cycle Management.
Responsibilities Responsible for the development of the US Medical Affairs strategy and medical objectives for all compounds and leads development, execution of the US Medical Affairs plan and budget management including activities related to evidence generation, scientific engagement and communication as part of Launch Readiness activities and life cycle management from a medical perspective.
Participates in Global Medical Affairs committees as requested and processes as US Medical Affairs Lead, to gain strategic and planning alignment across the matrix team the core USMA functions.
Represents US medical affairs function as a member of the various cross-functional forums including, Publications Planning, Clinical and Safety sub-teams, US and Global Brand Team, and US Product Team to inform clinical development, commercialization, market access, and other cross-functional strategic discussions.
Provides medical leadership: oLeads USMA teams as part of evidence generation forums and study teams for Local/Regional Medical Affairs company sponsored study concepts as needed.
Partners with RWE and HEOR strategy and Biomarker/CDx leads on related integrated evidence generation strategies and activities as part of the USMA Plan.
oCollaborates with Global Medical Affairs and across USMA functions to develop, review, and align on key scientific communications and medical information response documents within legal and compliance regulations.
Leads internal stakeholder medical education activities related to the compound data.
In partnership with Medical Intelligence and Congress Planning leads, communicates and educates on related competitor data.
oProvides medical leadership in scientific engagement activities with key external stakeholders such as advisory boards, investigator interactions, congress activities, peer to peer discussions with key thought leaders.
Provides medical support for scientific symposium and medical congresses within legal and compliance regulations.
oWorks with Patient Advocacy leads and Grants office to incorporate the patient voice and define external medical education strategies for independent grants, respectively.
oProvides input into publication strategy, data gap analysis, and tactical planning as part of the overall USMA plan.
Reviews and approves abstracts, manuscripts, and other data disclosure documents.

Duty location impacts pay rates; locality pay for federal law enforcement is higher in some locations than others. A fully trained BPA may be eligible for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression from GL-9 to GS-11 to GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in the lower grade level.
All Border Patrol Agents may select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health and insurance plans, a generous annual and sick leave program, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan, a retirement plan that is similar to traditional and ROTH 401(k) offerings.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
- Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
- Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
- Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband.
- Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks.
- Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.
Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
- Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
- Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
- Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
- Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
- Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.
Other Requirements:
Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.
Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (including protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Candidates must be referred for selection to the Border Patrol Agent position before reaching their 40th birthday in accordance with Department of Homeland Security Directive 251-03. The age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving or have previously served in a federal civilian law enforcement (non-military) position covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) or Title 5 U.S.C. 8412(d).
Veterans' Preference: You may also be eligible for an excepted service Veterans' Recruitment Appointment (VRA). The age restriction does not apply if you are Veterans' Preference eligible.
Formal Training: After you are hired, you will be detailed to the U.S. Border Patrol Academy in Artesia, New Mexico, for approximately six (6) months of intensive instruction in immigration and nationality laws, law enforcement, and USBP-specific operations, driver training, physical techniques, firearms, and other courses. Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English. Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient in the Spanish language at the Academy.

POSITION SUMMARY
This is a full-time Physical Therapist role focused on delivering high-quality outpatient care in a multidisciplinary setting.
You will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through structured rehabilitation plans. You will work closely with physicians and other providers to support coordinated, outcome-driven care.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Patient Evaluation & Treatment
- Perform initial evaluations and reassessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver manual therapy and therapeutic exercise programs
- Provide functional movement training and mobility work
- Educate patients on injury prevention and home programs
- Adjust plans based on measurable progress
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete accurate, timely EMR documentation
- Use AI-assisted documentation tools and validate for accuracy
- Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Collaboration & Communication
- Coordinate care with physicians and providers
- Communicate patient progress clearly
- Maintain a professional, team-focused clinic environment
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- 1–3 years of outpatient or orthopedic physical therapy experience
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in a multidisciplinary medical setting
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Comfort working within structured workflows

Oversees the creation of SAE Flow Plans and may perform final review.
Provide input on electronic data capture (EDC) Safety report outputs, reviews clinical study and post-marketing protocols and the Clinical Study Oversight Plan, day-to-day management of DS Safety Notification Letter (SNL) System and oversee TMF activities.
Interact with global study teams and represent PV operations in global interactions with CS Physicians and other study team members.
Oversee and may engage within CSPV and with CROs to execute study start up processes.
This level will handle problems requiring escalation from others and make decisions where appropriate and escalate any complex problems to the Director, Clinical Study Startup.

Job Description Responsibilities Global PV Operations Representation on Clinical Study Teams: Represents PV Operations at multidisciplinary study meetings providing guidance on safety operations, oversight of initiatives and trouble-shooting issues.
Liaison for CS Physician and Data Management for study related safety reporting.
Will act as PV Operations SPOC for study teams to ensure consistency and compliance across clinical study safety reporting and activities.
Global Management Strategy and Goals and Procedure Development: Assist Leadership to ensure compliance with protocol and internal/external standards.
Identifies and drives strategy for process improvement initiatives.
Reviews and provides input to SOPs, SOIs, and process guides.
Clinical Study Start-Up Documentation: Reviews all clinical study protocols to ensure consistency in safety requirements across studies related to a similar compound.
Develops and oversees the maintenance of the study specific SAE Flow Plan and collaborates with on behalf of CSPV Operations any other study related documentation such as the DMP, SOWs, PVAs, Clinical Study Oversight Plans, day-to-day management of DS Safety Notification Letter (SNL) System and presentations and documents.
Electronic Data Capture (EDC): In conjunction with Data Management, establish the EDC strategy at the project and/or study level.
Proactively identifies and manages risks at the project and/or study level as it relates to data capture and reporting.
Establishes EDC standards for reporting to ensure quality and compliance in safety reporting.
Qualifications Education Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree required Master's degree, RN or PharmD preferred Experience Qualifications 4+ years of drug safety experience with technical experience in Electronic Data Capture and Safety Reporting required.
10+ years total pharmaceutical industry experience in one or more of the following areas: Drug Safety, Epidemiology, and Clinical Development preferred.
