Job Details As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll take ownership of engineering tasks across industrial and manufacturing environments.

You will: Design, develop, and modify electrical systems, equipment, and power distribution for client facilities.

Produce and review engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.

Support project scoping, estimating, and technical documentation.

Collaborate with cross functional engineering teams, clients, and vendors to ensure safe, high quality project execution.

Lead or support field activities including assessments, construction support, equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.

Ensure all solutions meet applicable codes, standards, and AFRY’s internal quality and safety expectations.

Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice development within the Appleton engineering group.

What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

3–6+ years of engineering experience in industrial, manufacturing, utilities, or related project environments.

Strong understanding of electrical design principles including power distribution, controls, instrumentation, and system protection.

Proficiency with engineering design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms.

Ability to communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary project teams.

Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
