The Role

The Civil Engineer is responsible for site analysis, planning, and design for commercial, institutional, and retail developments. This role is hands-on and highly collaborative, involving work across multiple offices and projects throughout the country.

You’ll engage directly with clients, consultants, and municipalities throughout the full project lifecycle—from early concept and design through permitting, construction, and closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients on project requirements, concept development, and design presentations
• Perform site analysis, research jurisdictional requirements, and navigate municipal, state, and federal regulations
• Prepare site layouts, grading plans, erosion control, stormwater management, and utility designs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in at least one U.S. state
• 5+ years of experience in civil/site development engineering

Position Summary

We are seeking a Safety Specialist responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing safety exposures to minimize personal injuries, accidents, property damage, and regulatory penalties. This role serves as the primary point of contact for safety-related matters, ensuring compliance with Local, State, and Federal Safety & Health and DOT laws, regulations, permits, and company policies. The position requires frequent travel and proactive leadership in promoting a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Safety Specialist will:

• Serve as the primary contact for all Safety & Health issues

Position Summary

The Manufacturing Plant Manager oversees day-to-day plant operations—including production, drafting/design coordination, quality control, safety, and workforce management—to ensure efficient and cost-effective manufacturing. This is an outdoor position that requires extensive traveling to job sites. This individual performs warranty inspections and conducts training sessions for roofing contractor personnel. Specific Responsibilities:

• Training of applicators to properly and efficiently install Sika Sarnafil roofing and waterproofing systems in an effort to ensure quality and contractor profitability. Provide training to others as needed.
• Overseeing the application process by attending job starts and performing in-progress project visits to monitor and enforce proper installation. • Demonstrate necessary practical, technical, or specialized skills required for the role of the surgical technician in accordance with the Association of Surgical Technologists
• Assist in preparing the operative suite for surgery by checking and gathering supplies, equipment, and instruments
• Ensure that surgical asepsis is maintained in the handling of instruments, sponges, sutures, drains, needles, and dressings
• Assist in the turnover of the operating room suites between cases, disposing of trash and linens, and cleaning of equipment and environmental surfaces

Blue River Surgery Center is the newest member of the Surgery Ventures Group powered by HCA Healthcare opening in early 2024. This state-of-the-art facility will include five operating rooms and two specialty procedures rooms. The center will be staffed by a skilled team of registered nurses and OR techs. • Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
