About This Role:
Crusoe Energy is seeking a Portfolio Schedule Manager, Project Controls to provide leadership and governance across scheduling for large-scale, complex capital programs, including hyperscale data center projects. What you'll be working on:

- Own portfolio schedule reporting, clearly communicating schedule health, forecasted milestones, critical path impacts, and overall delivery risk to leadership and clients
- Integrate schedule and cost insights to highlight schedule-driven cost risks, acceleration impacts, and downstream financial implications
- Oversee and support onsite and regional scheduling services teams, providing direction, quality assurance, escalation support, and alignment to portfolio standards
- Bridge execution schedules with baseline planning assumptions by partnering closely with Preconstruction to ensure continuity from planning through delivery
- Own the onboarding and transition of schedules from Preconstruction into active project delivery, ensuring alignment with general contractors and key vendors
- Collaborate with consultants, Preconstruction, Construction, general contractors, and OFE vendors to integrate contractor schedules into a unified, program-level schedule
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely, accurate schedule insights across the portfolio
What you'll bring to the team:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline
- 12+ years of experience in construction scheduling and project controls for large infrastructure, hyperscale data center, or complex capital programs
- Advanced scheduling expertise; Primavera P6 proficiency and/or advanced scheduling certifications strongly preferred
- Proven experience establishing and enforcing scheduling standards across multi-project portfolios
- Strong ability to assess schedule health, critical path impacts, and milestone risk at both project and portfolio levels

Compensation Range:
Compensation will be paid in the range of $180,000 – $225,000. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced professional who will be responsible for administration of Rockwell FactoryTalk-based process control systems and Inductive Automation's Ignition-based process control and environmental monitoring systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting these systems in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment, with a good understanding of FDA regulations. This role focuses on deploying system updates, administering system security, resolving technical issues, and ensuring system reliability under the direction of a System Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform periodic system maintenance activities such as System Maintenance, Server Maintenance, System Audit Trail Review, User access reviews and coordinating with IT and drive completion of server maintenance.

A-T-S is accepting applications for an Environmental Inspector (EI)/Project Biologist/Environmental Scientist. As part of the Construction Management Team, the EI inspects, evaluates, verifies, and documents the compliance of construction activities according to environmental conditions and requirements contained in the CEQA documents, Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan (MMRP), federal, state and local permits and construction documents/specifications. As part of the job, the EI, as the client's representative, also provides recommendations to contractors to keep them in compliance. The EI is expected to understand BMP, storm water management, air quality, dust and noise minimization and coordinate the specialty expertise personnel in these areas.

As the Quality Control Systems Manager, you will work onsite at San Francisco, CA and will oversee and implement the three-phase quality control program for fast-paced design-build projects. You will be responsible for developing and administering project-specific quality control plans, managing construction quality, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and client expectations. The position requires maintaining a consistent on-site presence, coordinating with project teams, reviewing and certifying submittals, inspecting work for conformance, and leading documentation and reporting efforts. You will play a key role in resolving non-conformances, facilitating inspections, and supporting project closeout, ensuring high-quality outcomes in a dynamic construction environment.

- Prepare and submit daily Contractor Production Reports, Quality Control, submittal log.

- Write daily QC reports that reinforce activities that are being constructed in conformance with each specific project's established standard and constructively confronts non-conformances to produce the desired outcome in a timely manner.
- Manage, schedule, review, and certify all submittals for client review and approval.
- Prepare and track all RFIs and DCVRs for submission to the client and the designer.
- Conduct preparatory, initial, and follow-up meetings to establish an understanding of the standards of care desired for each definable feature of work.
- Verify and document that all materials received for the project are in conformance with the approved submittal, are handled and stored appropriately and are acceptable for use in the project.
- Conduct preconstruction meetings with new and existing subcontractors and the Project Superintendent prior to the start of each new phase of the work to discuss issues that affect quality.
- Perform all necessary project inspections needed for compliance with the construction contract.
- Schedule, document the results of, and maintain a log of all code and independent inspections that are required.
- Document, correct and re-inspect all non-conformances prior to completing the work.
- Conduct periodic follow up inspections to verify that work is proceeding in accordance with the contract documents and the approved submittals.
- Perform Punch-out and Pre-final inspections and participate in Final Inspections. Establish list of deficiencies; correct prior to the Final inspection.
- Assemble and forward project closeout documents to the Project Manager.

What You'll Do
Primary Responsibilities
- Teleoperate robotic arms through a variety of tasks using our intuitive control systems
- Either lead robot movements with your arms (the robot mirrors your actions) or guide robots using specialized controllers
- Complete diverse tasks ranging from household activities like folding laundry to complex assembly work
- Maintain high standards for data quality and consistency across all demonstrations
- Meet established metrics for data collection volume and quality during your shift
Important Note: This is a metrics-based role where you'll be expected to meet specific data collection goals throughout your shift. The work involves repetitive task execution, and the quality of data collection is extremely important to our AI training success. - Picking up grocery items and placing them in shipping bags
- Sorting cups, plates, and utensils into bins
- Opening and closing jars of various sizes
- Folding different types of clothing and fabrics
- Installing light bulbs and other simple assembly tasks
- Multi-step electronics assembly processes
Additional Duties
- Review and annotate videos of robot task performances using computer interfaces
- Provide detailed feedback on robot performance and data quality
- Assist with equipment setup and basic office tasks as needed
- Participate in process improvements to enhance data collection efficiency
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand at a workstation for 8-hour shifts
- Full use of both arms and hands for robot control
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Work Environment & Schedule
Shift Options (8 hours with 30-minute lunch + two paid breaks):
- Morning: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PT
- Evening: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM PT
- Overnight: 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM PT
Shift patterns: Wed-Sun, Sat-Tue
Commitment: Minimum 4 days per week, with preference for 5-day availability
Compensation: $25/hour + benefits package

A fast-growing medical device company developing next generation implantable technology is expanding its engineering team and hiring a Staff Design Quality Engineer to support the development of a highly innovative Class III medical device platform.
This is a highly technical, hands-on role embedded directly with R&D, focused on ensuring quality is built into product development from early feasibility through clinical and commercial stages.
You will play a key role in helping bring a breakthrough therapy to market while working alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional leaders in a collaborative development environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with R&D and systems engineering teams to integrate design quality into product development
- Lead and support design control activities throughout the product lifecycle
- Drive risk management efforts (ISO 14971) including hazard analysis, FMEAs, and risk mitigation strategies
- Support verification and validation planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with FDA design control requirements and global quality standards
- Participate in cross-functional design reviews and technical decision making
- Help translate regulatory and quality requirements into practical engineering processes
Qualifications
- BS or MS in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
