JOB DESCRIPTION

To perform experiments, organize data and analyze results under minimal supervision. With minimal supervision, plans, conducts or monitors experiments, records and organizes data, analyses results, generates robust and reliable data and/or Ensures that contracted studies are conducted in compliance with the respective protocol and applicable guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities include:

* Monitors or follows established experimental design and protocols and performs routine tasks and studies to obtain reproducible and reliable results with limited supervision

* Plans, monitors or conducts, analyzes and records experiments, and provides interpretation of data

* Effectively transfers experimental methods from literature to the lab and makes modifications as necessary

* Develops and implements new protocols with moderate review

* Engages coworkers in scientific discussions

* Communicates data and interpretation to work group

* Skilled at developing systems to ensure quality data

* Skilled and/or knowledgeable in the use of standard laboratory equipment and with one or more major laboratory instruments/techniques

* Effectively trouble-shoots equipment and experimental difficulties

* Contributes to internal/external reports, papers, presentations, regulatory documents, invention disclosure submissions and/or patents

* Participates in department-wide support efforts such as safety, recruiting and committees

* May train staff and/or supervise others

* Coordinates and organizes resources needed to complete the task

* Understands when to seek input and when to make independent judgments

Job Summary:

The OR RN Circulator assists in provision of nursing care to patients in an Ambulatory Surgical Center setting. Assumes total responsibility for patient care in accordance with physician's orders and centers policies. During operations and other surgical procedures, the circulator assists by acting as an intermediary between the operating room staff and the rest of the surgical center.

Monitors patient throughout the surgical process.  Manages monitoring equipment, fluid lines, tubes, drains and catheters as needed, including support of operative extremity.  Uses good judgement in determining appropriate nursing action and exhibits control in emergency situations.  Successfully completes CPR/PALS/ACLS certification/recertification.  Makes independent clinical decisions as appropriate regarding patient's need for nursing care and communicates same to appropriate personnel. Demonstrates a team player attitude and utilized work time efficiently. 

Responsibilities:

•  Performs scrub functions including the selection and handling of instruments and supplies used during procedure.
  
•  Performs circulating functions including monitoring, recording and communicating patient condition and managing overall nursing care of patient before, during and after procedure.
  
•  Directly assists operating physician with surgical tasks including hemostasis, suturing and wound exposure as well as patient positioning.
  
•  Prepares operating rooms and surgical instruments and equipment for use.
  

Qualifications:

•  Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; current state RN license.
  
•  Minimum two years in the OR as circulator, preferred.

The Billing & Payment Specialist's primary role is to ensure all sales and orders are accurately billed and paid for, ensure invoices correspond with balance sheet reports and continuously look for improvement opportunities all while providing quality customer service to all stakeholders.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

* Deliver timely and accurate payments by deadline weekly: No payment issues to the external sales team; eliminate billing issues and discrepancies

* Process daily/weekly data files by deadline Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders

* Review Financial statements including detailed variance analysis of profit and loss statement

* Assist with the month-end close process by providing support to the accounting team

* Create and analyze reports to determine key areas for process improvement

* Extensive and continual monitoring and auditing of data reporting and escalate concerns, if necessary, of the following areas: process inputs (stakeholder data), throughputs (system logic and accuracy), and outputs (billing/payment)

* Review elements of the contract documents associated with the compensation grid to validate that all billing/payment related changes are executed correctly and timely

* Perform weekly/monthly billing reconciliations, act on discrepancies, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve with support from other team members

* Minimum Associates degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Math or related field

The Regulatory Change Management Auditor is responsible for evaluating and ensuring the organization's adherence to evolving regulatory requirements that impact mortgage loan servicing, including investor, insurer and guarantor requirements. This role involves auditing the processes of external servicing vendors to ensure that regulatory changes are identified, assessed, implemented, and validated. The auditor will work closely with compliance, legal, risk, and operational teams to ensure effective regulatory change governance.

Responsibilities:

• Review documentation and evidence supporting compliance with new or amended regulations that impact loan servicing.
• Ability to assess servicing vendors compliance with applicable federal and state servicing statutes (RESPA, ECOA, TCPA, FDCPA, etc.), and servicing regulatory requirements circulated by agencies including FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and the CFPB.
• Perform impact analysis on every Federal and state regulatory change, as well as changes to guidelines and requirements from FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA.
• Identify control gaps and recommend enhancements to mitigate compliance risks.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Business Units and servicing vendors to understand servicing-related regulatory impacts.
• Identify discrepancies and opportunities for process improvement through analysis of audit findings, management reports, and discussions with servicers.
• Alert appropriate management levels and internal departments to problems identified during routine reviews. Follow through on all actionable items to ensure full and timely resolution is completed by the responsible parties.
• Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, risks, and corrective actions.
• Ensure all tasks are completed updated timely within the Enterprise GRC system.
• Monitor and validate the implementation of agreed-upon remediation plans as required.

Qualifications:

Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $92,450.00 - $114,203.00 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
