About the Job: The primary responsibility is to assist in creating art, repeats, graphics and trims for all junior product categories.

A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

• Design and Illustrate original art across all categories.
• Design cohesive stories for each delivery and category.
• Creating original textile prints, recolors, manipulating repeats and scales, etc.
• Work on placement art such as graphics, embroideries and embellishments.

The Role

The Construction Project Manager plays a key role in overseeing new store construction and renovation projects in the U.S. Reporting to the Senior Director, Store Development or the Senior Construction Project Manager, this position leads a project team to ensure all projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and in compliance with company standards, landlord requirements, and local regulations. The successful candidate will be a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to the company’s ongoing expansion goals.

Major Responsibilities

• Provide clear direction and daily scheduling to project team members to ensure effective performance.
• Deliver timely follow-up, feedback and performance evaluations to project team members.
• Establish and implement an efficient Construction Management System to monitor and manage all active projects.
• Develop and review comprehensive project plans and specifications, including scope, schedule, and resource requirements.

You Should Have/Be:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction project management, preferably with retail brands or supermarket chains.
• Proven experience in design, architecture, construction, maintenance, and renovations.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and strong technical and mechanical understanding.
• Demonstrated supervisory, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.

Oversee lab dips, wash developments, strike-offs, and sample approvals to ensure alignment with aesthetic and quality standards.
• Maintain deep awareness of global denim trends, competitive landscape, and cultural influences impacting youth and contemporary markets. Conduct ongoing market research, store visits, and international sourcing to inform product strategy. Continuously evolve core denim programs while introducing new fits, fabrications, and design details that strengthen brand positioning and relevance
• Develop comprehensive and accurate tech packs that clearly communicate garment construction, wash techniques, fit intent, and trim details. Partner closely with Technical Design throughout fittings to refine silhouette, proportion, and overall aesthetic, ensuring consistency with brand standards. Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is required.
• You must be licensed to practice in the State of California.
• 5+ years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury.
• Trial experience.
• Experience formulating and developing case strategy, advising clients on risk mitigation and case resolution options.
• Strong critical thinking, interpersonal skills and the ability to exercise common sense in complex situations while reporting to clients and carriers.

About the Role

Our General Liability team represents restaurants, retail stores, and other businesses in a wide range of matters, premises liability, products liability and business litigation. Our practice also encompasses the defense of personal and catastrophic injury claims, and foodborne illness disputes. We are seeking a highly motivated and well-rounded General Liability Associate with at least one (1) year of experience in to join our team.

As an associate, you will work closely with experienced litigators and industry-leading partners, gaining hands-on experience in every stage of litigation—from case evaluation and discovery to mediation, arbitration, and trial. We are looking for a driven, intellectually curious attorney eager to make a meaningful impact for our clients while advancing their career in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The ideal candidate is highly-motivated, eager to learn, and committed to long-term professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of written discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, preparing meet and confer letters, and handling discovery-related motions.
• Take and defend depositions, attend site inspections, and interview witnesses.
• Appear at court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies, including case evaluation and risk assessment.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout litigation.
