As a Construction Estimator, you will be at the forefront of our project development process. Your meticulous attention to detail and thorough understanding of commercial construction practices will be instrumental in accurately assessing project costs, facilitating successful bidding processes, and ultimately contributing to the profitability and success of our projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure comprehensive pricing coverage and adherence to project requirements. Key Responsibilities

  • Prior to beginning work become familiar with and review all bidding requirements in addition to the project documents.
  • Review project type and requirements and select subcontractors and material suppliers from the master bidders’ lists that are appropriate for the project. Send out bid invitations via the latest bid invitation software and update the bidders’ list as required. Contact key subcontractors and vendors early in the process to ensure pricing coverage.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings as required. Survey the situation to determine competition on the project. Review site logistics and access while on site.
  • Prepare “take off” and check for completeness. Coordinate with 3rd party quantity take-off consultants when so utilized.
  • Prepare pricing for all self-preformed work and adjust standard productivity in accordance with job requirements.
  • Prepare estimate summary sheets, subcontractor/vendor comparisons, and bid sheets.
  • Communicate with designers on contract document items not clearly shown on the bid documents. Document using RFI’s (Request for Information).


Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of job experience in commercial construction highly preferred.

We are looking for a Machine Vision / Controls Engineer to join our fast-paced automation engineering firm. This role focuses on developing machine vision inspection systems while also supporting controls development and feasibility testing for custom automation equipment.

You will perform vision feasibility studies, camera/lens/lighting selection, and vision programming, primarily using Keyence Machine Vision systems. In addition, you will support PLC programming, system integration, and automation debugging on our custom machines.

This role is onsite full-time at our customer's location in Columbus, OH.


Responsibilities Include:



  • Responsible for directing technical work on projects.
  • Performs a variety of analyses and prepares appropriate documentation.
  • Prepares and makes briefings and presentations.
  • Leads team in on-site management of installations.
  • Works independently and installs, operates, maintains, configures, troubleshoots, and repairs IT systems devices, circuits, cables, components, software, and end-user devices, components, software and connectivity.

We are looking for a Firewall Administrator to join our team in support of a program with our DoD customer.


Responsibilities Include:



  • Plan and deploy Enclave Boundary Defense systems and programs including firewall, proxy server, cloud services and other devices and applications.
  • Plan and deploy De-Militarized Zones (DMZs) for each managed firewall as required.
  • Provide onsite and remote support to boundary security and programs, which include Checkpoint Firewalls, Aviatrix Product Suite, various types of cloud security, security controls and any other platforms.
  • Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of firewalls and proxy servers
  • Verify devices are configured in accordance with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
  • Product lifecycle management and upgrades to include installation of hotfixes, patches, and any other features to improve product performance.

  • Security Architecture Documentation, Design and Implementation: Document, design, implement, and maintain secure network architectures for CSP environments, including secure connectivity, network segmentation, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and data loss prevention (DLP) solutions. Maintaining comprehensive documentation of security controls, configurations, and processes within the CSP environment.
  • Cloud Security Operations and Monitoring: Provide continuous security monitoring and incident response capabilities for CSP environments, including log analysis, threat intelligence integration, vulnerability management, and incident response planning and execution.
  • Audit, Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST) for CSP environments, including documentation, reporting, and audit support. Cooperating fully with authorized Government audits and assessments of the CSP environment, providing timely access to documentation, systems, and personnel. Follow DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG) and other applicable DoD issuances and instructions.
