Your New Role:
The Production Manager is responsible for directing, coordinating, and optimizing daily manufacturing operations through the leadership of Production Supervisors. This role serves as the primary liaison between the VP of Manufacturing and the Production Supervisors, ensuring that strategic goals, production plans, and performance expectations are effectively communicated, executed, and sustained on the production floor. Duties and Responsibilities:
