The Lead Consultant’s time will be spent taking customer orders; coordinating store activities; providing pricing information; recommending the appropriate FedEx Office products and services; producing complex orders; operating equipment that requires advanced operational knowledge and expertise; managing, monitoring and facilitating all production processes.
The Lead Consultant performs their duties utilizing consultative skills to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives and provide solutions to colleagues and customers.
With leadership direction, the Lead Consultant may provide direction to the Consultant and solve escalated customer issues.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (This is a representative list of the general duties the position may be asked to perform, and is not intended to be all-inclusive) Demonstrates consultative behaviors to ensure friendly, polite, expert service is delivered to all customers Manages production flow to ensure all production orders are done right and on time Takes customer orders, giving pricing information, performs consultative selling to customers, and recommends FedEx Office products and services tracks and logs all production jobs Takes lead responsibility for digital imaging, scheduling and running black and white or color production on full service orders, including finishing services and large job management Sets up complex orders and performs multiple tasks at the same time Responsible for ensuring quality during and after production process Ensures communication among shifts Coordinates pick-up and delivery of customer orders May provide leadership to team members on an assigned shift Assists in the training of store team members Collates, sorts and organizes customer orders Operates the Point of Sale terminal (POS), handles financial transactions and makes change Completes required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting including daily sales, close-outs and bank deposits Follows instructions of supervisors and assists other team members in performing store functions Follows FedEx Office standard operating procedures as well as adhering to legal, HR, safety and security policies and procedures Secondary responsibility for coordination of all shipping related services and activities, to include: Provides customer service by determining appropriate shipping methods, informing customers of company products, services, routes, and rates Ensures quality customer service is given to customers by providing packaging services, as well as offering information about company products and services Offers assistance to customers by suggesting appropriate shipping methods.

About the Role
As the Preconstruction Manager, you will oversee the early stages of project development—creating detailed, accurate estimates and proposals that set each project up for success. This position is ideal for someone who combines technical estimating expertise with strategic thinking and a passion for building strong industry relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Lead preconstruction and estimating efforts for large-scale commercial projects valued between $30–100 million.
- Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and design concepts to prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and detailed cost estimates.
- Develop budgets and cost models using historical data, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Identify and present value-engineering opportunities that align with project goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers; ensure complete and competitive coverage on bid day.
- Prepare clear, detailed proposals, bid packages, and presentations for clients and partners.
- Support business development by reviewing conceptual budgets and providing cost guidance during early design phases.
- Collaborate with project management teams to ensure seamless handoff from preconstruction to construction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or turnkey project management within the commercial construction industry.
- Proven success managing estimates and bids for projects in the $30–100 million range.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and iSqft preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and present effectively to clients.
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to collaboration and follow-through.

Position Description
- Client is seeking attorneys to appear and represent clients for Master Calendar Hearings in Immigration Court.
- Role will be assignment based, sporadic, and dependent on Immigration Court scheduling.
- Each assignment is expected to be around 5 hours, including case review, hearing, and post-hearing debrief.
- Candidates will receive a 1.5 hour training with the firm.
Candidate Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-approved law school and an active membership in good standing of any state bar is required.
- Basic knowledge of immigration law required.
- Prior experience practicing immigration law in court preferred.
- Can be either experience with USCIS (affirmative cases) or EOIR/Immigration Court (defensive cases).
- Background in mock trial, moot court, depositions, and/or litigation preferred.
- Ability to work with clients to talk through difficult experiences and keep client focused on key facts required.
- Experience using a case management software system preferred.
- EOIR number required.
- Ability to follow processes and work efficiently.
- Ability to follow detailed directions.
- Bilingual with Spanish preferred
- Computer skills (Typing - MS Word and MS Excel, Document Management - DropBox, Email - MS Outlook) required.
