Warehouse Technician (Driving)
The Warehouse Technician will process orders, prepare items for shipment and receive incoming inventory. Where applicable also responsible for cleaning and disinfecting returned equipment, cleaning room maintenance, stocking and staging inventory, and inventory maintenance. The technician assists the supervisor or manager in pulling and loading equipment for delivery in addition to assembly of equipment when necessary, maintaining confidentiality and all other aspects of HIPAA compliance are essential in this job. Employees in this position may also be requested to deliver equipment to patients and/or facilities.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
- Performs data entry in appropriate applications, updates shipping information, and tracks orders.
- Completes clerical tasks including faxing, scanning, filing, and general phone calls.
- Prepares shipping containers in advance and creates labels.
- Reviews itemized customer lists; locates and assembles outgoing merchandise to fulfill requests.
- Verifies contents of outgoing packages against invoices or bills of lading.
- Receives and opens merchandise shipments, processes packing slips or invoices, and safely stores items.
- Documents returned items and cleans equipment following the Branch Maintenance and Cleaning Guidelines
- Retains knowledge of and consistently adheres to procedures for the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), infection control, and hazardous materials handling.
- Routinely cleans warehouse area pursuant to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), discards waste material daily and maintains a clean facility.
- Assists in the stocking, tracking, and replenishment of inventory.
- Collects and delivers packages to the shipping area.
- Responsible for communicating actual and potential stock shortages or outages to the warehouse manager in a timely manner to assure adequate inventory level.
- Responsible for monitoring expiration dates to assure supplies are returned or re-inventoried per company guidelines.

- Follows Driving Policy and completes required driver training.
- Educate customers in proper use and care of respiratory and HME equipment in a home setting
- Complete written patient visits reports following setup and follow-up visits as required
- Assist with customer equipment problems under emergency conditions

- Perform patient assessment and re-assessment for patient care

aircraft modifications to support Certification Flight Testing for Type Inspection Authorization (TIA).
This is a very critical activity in support of the overall Certification of the 777-9.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Tiger Team Member on critical client Flight Test Project
* Installation Plans for configuration changes (test specific and production)
* Coordination across ME teams for PRR IP creation / revision
* Review IPs for quality - e.g. missing functional tests, missing BOM items, etc.

Description
As we pursue ambitious growth, we're looking for a dynamic, experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team.
The COO will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth strategy, both organically and through acquisitions. This role will oversee all operational aspects of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. The COO will manage key departments.
The ideal candidate is currently a Chief Operating Officer, President, GM, or acting CEO with complete P&L responsibility with a company/division having revenue of $50m-$100m. The COO will be accountable for executing the primary operational objectives of the company and will report directly to the CEO. A strong candidate will balance operational business experience and OPEX management within an organizational culture that is Christian-based and family-values focused.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives
- Lead initiatives to drive organic growth and new company acquisition
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to shape the company's strategic direction
Operational Management
- Oversee operations (domestic and international) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in a high-customization, job shop manufacturing environment
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across all departments
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Departmental Oversight
- Manage and mentor department heads
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the organization
- Ensure alignment of departmental goals with overall company objectives
Financial Performance
- Work with the CFO to manage budgeting, financial planning, and reporting
- Monitor financial performance and implement measures to achieve financial targets
- Support due diligence, capital raising, and integration processes for acquisitions
Customer Focus
- Ensure integration of sales, manufacturing, and sourcing to meet customer expectations across hospitality, commercial, and residential markets
- Oversee the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead product management initiatives to meet market demands and enhance the product portfolio

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical engineering or other hard science; MBA required
- Proven experience as a COO or similar operational role within a high-customization, job shop manufacturing environment
- Prior experience working at companies with $50-$100 million in revenue
- Possesses a strong mechanical aptitude

The Role
This project based leadership position is responsible for the comprehensive delivery of heavy civil infrastructure projects. The Project Manager oversees every phase from startup to closeout, ensuring all construction meets stringent contract requirements, budget targets, and quality standards.
- Lead the delivery of projects against all defined budget, schedule, and quality benchmarks
- Manage project startup and closeout procedures while protecting the firm's interests under prime contracts
- Identify out of scope requests and lead the change order management and resolution process
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies for current and future project risks
- Ensure the project team maintains a commercial mindset to meet or exceed financial goals
- Plan construction procedures, staffing requirements, and schedules based on technical specifications
- Enforce corporate health and safety programs to maintain a secure work environment
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with owners, joint venture partners, and subcontractors
- Direct supervisory personnel to coordinate various construction phases and prevent delays
- Monitor work in progress to ensure workmanship conforms to specifications and schedules
- Oversee interdisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, finance, and project controls
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to new business efforts through bidding and proposals
The Requirements
We are seeking a seasoned construction professional with a deep understanding of heavy civil methodologies and a proven ability to lead diverse, multi disciplinary teams.
- 10 or more years of experience managing complex, large scale transportation or heavy civil infrastructure projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field is preferred
- Extensive experience managing projects in a self performing environment
- Proven track record overseeing design build projects and public sector clients
- Strong knowledge of construction for bridges, highways, or hydro electric dams
- High level of proficiency in construction methodologies and site based project management
- Excellent leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage a diverse group of subcontractors and internal functional teams
