We are in search of experienced clinicians to join a UAS Home Care Project. In this role, you will be responsible for independent review and evaluation of completed UAS reassessments for appropriateness of long-term care services for consumers, in accordance with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines.

These are contractor positions ? which allow for flexibility in scheduling, at your own pace training, and pay at $100/hr.

In this role, you will be scheduled for in person appointments with members of the long term care population, who are applying for Managed Long Term Care services (MLTC). Your clients will have already completed a UAS evaluation with a Registered Nurse, and your role will be to determine whether MLTC and home care services are adequate for the patient?s care, or if they should instead be admitted to a supportive facility. Each appointment will last approximately 1.5 hours ? 30 minutes of preparation time, 30 minutes meeting with the member, and 30 minutes completing and submitting your determination. Additional compensation is offered for longer appointments.

Schedules are arranged according to your availability; however hours are not guaranteed. You must be willing to work at least 9 hours weekly, within operation hours which run Monday ? Friday 8AM ? 7PM, and Saturday between 10AM-6PM. Candidates who are unable to work during these operation hours, or who cannot commit to 9 hours weekly will not be considered.

Expect to travel! Appointments will be scheduled anywhere within the county or counties of your choice, based on your availability. Candidates covering multiple counties will receive more hours. Please note, you must choose one full county to be considered!

Arnot Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician (PM&R)/Physiatrist with expertise in electromyography (EMG/NCS) to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Elmira, New York . This is a full-time hospital-employed position offering the opportunity to practice outpatient Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), with a strong focus on diagnostic EMG/NCS services .

Position Highlights:

  • Join an integrated team of specialists in orthopedics, neurology, pain management, and rehabilitation.
  • Perform and interpret EMGs and nerve conduction studies (NCS) as part of a comprehensive diagnostic service.
  • Provide specialized care in outpatient musculoskeletal medicine, focusing on physical rehabilitation.
  • Diagnose and treat patients with injuries, diseases, or disabling conditions affecting musculoskeletal health including procedures such as injections.
  • Collaborate with musculoskeletal, primary care, surgical, and neurological teams to guide patient care.
  • Access to advanced diagnostic tools and support staff.
  • Opportunity to participate in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents through our academic affiliation with Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM).
  • Monday–Friday outpatient schedule.

Candidate Requirements:

  • M.D. or D.O. with Board Certification/Eligibility in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
  • Fellowship training or significant clinical experience in EMG/NCV required.
  • Current or eligible NY State medical license.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Join a friendly, experienced OB/Gyn Team looking to add an OB Hospitalist/Laborist to join their full scope practice located in the beautiful Twin Tiers Region of Upstate NY and Northeastern PA. Arnot Health is committed to providing state-of-the-art practice settings along with full support staff. We are a clinical campus for medical students from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (Elmira campus) and have resident training programs including Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine.

Arnot has established a full time laborist program as part of our commitment to maintain an excellent level of safety on labor & delivery and a better quality of life for our physicians. We have the only Level III NICU in the area and a Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist on staff. We are immensely proud of our recent Healthgrades 5-Star designation for our L&D unit for both vaginal deliveries and C Sections

A full-time position would comprise 7 24-hour shifts per month in any combination of 12- or 24-hour shifts as the primary laborist in house. Back-up coverage can be taken off-campus. Primary laborist duties include management of low and high-risk patients on labor & delivery, collaboration with MFM and neonatology, and providing consultations in the Emergency Department and inpatient services as requested.
