Position Summary
The Manager, Creator Activation is an integrated role tasked with driving Influencer activation within OM's dedicated managed service product, Omnicom Influencer. The core responsibility of the role is the client face of the activation team for influencer campaigns, including creator-direct management, negotiation, and execution of social content in response to a client brief and Omnicom Influencer team proposed plans. The role will serve all OM agencies and as an independent agency, working in symphony with paid social teams to execute paid amplification of Creator campaigns.

Responsibilities
Creator Activation:
- Responsible for the strategic alignment and vetting of Influencers for specific Client campaigns
- Aggregate submissions of Influencer personalities and maintain quality control
- Input all campaign details into accounting/tracker system
- Execute partnerships with influencers from post contract phase through campaign completion
- Manage content review process between influencer and account team
- Ensure metrics are collected and recaps are developed for all influencer campaigns and programs
- Tracking post completion for revenue recognition purposes
- Stay apprised of new capabilities that are announced on existing social media platforms as well as new emerging social media platforms that are gaining popularity
- Follow social media influencer personalities across multiple social platforms
- Help support the logistics (travel, shipping product, etc.) to Talent/Influencers for a specific campaign
- Participation in weekly team conference calls including calendar invite, room booking and taking and circulating meeting notes
- Influencer travel and coordination as required

- Maintain a constant pulse on the influencer landscape education via thought leadership communication, staying atop of shifts in the industry and emerging trends and be able to communicate the impact to client business

- Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms

The Senior Manager of Consumer Insights will join a growing, collaborative and critical team leading key work to drive growth across the TJX portfolio of brands. The Control Technician performs a variety of maintenance, modification, and repair activities in controls of all building equipment and material handling systems in the distribution centers. This includes troubleshooting and repairing AC & DC circuits, photo eye sensors, encoders, programmable logic controllers, and bar code readers.
Responsibilities
- Duties are illustrative and not inclusive and may vary with individual assignments
- Follow lockout-tag out procedures, confined space procedures, and other safety and environmental procedures and policies as required
- Perform program changes, monitoring of PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and PMS (Process Management Systems)
- Troubleshoot issues of all Controls, Process Controllers, Control Cabinets, Power Supplies and all other field devices
- Performs skilled and semi-skilled maintenance activities including performing material handling equipment troubleshooting and repair; office furniture moves and setups
- Completes work orders for work performed and includes parts and inventory used
- Document all work order activities to follow MP2 requirements, providing detailed records of the activities performed
- Ability to solve and repair low and high voltage controls including fuses, relays, wiring, contactors and power supplies from the source to the field device
- Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals and schematics, to include blueprints
- Experience using electrical diagnostic equipment (to include digital and analog meters, and amp meters for AC/DC testing)

- Performs daily responsibilities to meet the needs of potential donors, donors, donor families, potential donor families, hospital personnel, physicians, and the OPO. Provides rapid on-site response to referrals. Primary responsibilities will occur in the assigned facility where employed. - Evaluates potential donors. Responsible for medical management of donors prior to recovery activities. Directs the placement of anatomical gifts as necessary. - Coordinates organ placement/organ allocation with transplant programs and surgeons. Provides information necessary to determine medical suitability of organs for designated recipients in accordance with regulatory guidelines including CMS, UNOS, AOPO and company policy. Coordinates with tissue services, as appropriate, to facilitate tissue recovery.
- Coordinates and assists in the surgical recovery of organs and peri-operative management. Assists in arranging transportation for organ recovery teams. Coordinates surgical recovery/packaging and arranges transportation of organs for transplant and/or research. Possesses a working knowledge of pulsatile preservation. Manages all lab specimens for shipment and delivery to laboratories in accordance with established policies.
- Provides support to Hospital Development Coordinator, in the assigned facility, to identify formal and informal leaders, assesses their respective roles, degree of influence and needs. Works collaboratively with these leaders and utilizes their expertise to improve and promote donation. Assists in policy and procedure development. Functions as an expert clinical resource for the hospital regarding organ and tissue donation.
- Participates in decision-making programs and committees in the hospital that have an influence on organ donation, promoting donation and seeking opportunities for further collaboration. Facilitates the donation process.
- Maintains high visibility by conducting rounds to all critical care units with medical teams and functioning as the designated resource within the hospital for all issues related to organ donation. Provides donor and referral follow-up to appropriate hospital staff one-on-one or by post-recovery conferences.
- In partnership with the In-House Donation Specialist (when applicable), develops, provides and evaluates in-house training and in-service educational programs on all aspects of the donation process for hospital staff. Also, collects and reports donation outcome data to various levels of clinical and administrative hospital staff. Documents hospital activities, updates hospital plans, goals, and critical issues in a timely manner on a regular basis.
