Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily health and safety operations for all staff and eliminate safety and industrial hygiene-related obstacles to ensure execution of high-quality customer parts.
- Inspect facilities daily for hazards. Document inspections, audits, and behavioral safety observations regularly. Oversee prompt correction of all deficiencies.

- Lead the First Responder Team and be the lead Emergency Coordinator in all emergencies using basic First Aid / CPR / AED training and experience.
- Lead investigation of near miss incidents, accidents, and injuries/illness in an effort to determine validity, root cause, and identify and follow through on adequate corrective action. Document fully using established processes and communicate to appropriate parties to prevent future incidents. Work in conjunction with HR to manage Worker’s Compensation claims with the intention to proactively manage and minimize employee time away from work.
- Track incidents using established processes and calculate safety metrics monthly in coordination with other departments. Broadcast metrics via established formats and methods. Complete OSHA 300 log annually and post during required posting period.

- Maintain emergency preparedness by conducting drills to ensure readiness and protection of assets.
- Maintain contractor, vendor and visitor safety including procedures and equipment. Provide support during work tasks performed by contractors including coordinating communication of impacts to Anoplate staff and the work environment and provide periodic support throughout the duration of the site work.
- Evaluate the workplace environment and develop safety management policies that identify and define safety responsibilities for all employees.
- Walk the facility floor on a regular basis to establish EHS presence and provide support.
- Support the Director of EHS with regulatory and certification inspections (e.g., OSHA, DOL).
- Complete incident reports, work with internal parties to identify corrective actions, implement corrective actions, and communicate improvements.
- Review and analyze incident reports and data for accuracy and detail, ensuring corrective actions are fully implemented and effective.
- Maintain Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) by reviewing and updating annually for all positions.
- Manage inspections of critical equipment including fire extinguishers, sprinklers, eye wash stations, emergency showers, first aid kits and equipment, hoists, lighting and other critical emergency or high-risk equipment.
- Participate and lead Safety Committee, maintain minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Identify, develop, conduct and maintain Health and Safety Training and materials. Review training documents as needed. Act as the lead for new hire EHS training coordination and delivery. Work with Training Department to coordinate EHS training for all employees.
- Coordinate scheduled and requested air / industrial hygiene monitoring events using appropriate equipment.
- Maintains all documents related to the Safety Management System.
- Coordinating the weekend security guard schedule with the security service provider weekly. Coordinating the weekend / holiday on-call schedule for Environmental Operations, Maintenance, IT, and Leadership / Management.
- Distribute on-call list to impacted/responsible parties and provide copy for guard service each week.
Your Education & Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Training
- 4 year college education in technical field (preferably industrial safety, environmental, or other related field of study)
- HAZWOPER 24- or 40-Hour Certification

THE OPPORTUNITY
Supports the Site Safety Initiatives in the implementation of the Security and Emergency Response policies at the site. Guarantees the function of the Security installations on the site. * Prevention/Protection:Ensure that security provisions are permanently operational to guarantee risk control on site (checks, tests, equipment controls, rounds, etc.). Carry out and document the PP (Fire and Safety) rounds. Verify, test and control the installations, equipment and means. Implement, for the Security part, the EP3 process (Operational Control and Emergency Plan) within the framework of the SMEP. Ensure that all provisions are respected to prevent and contain security risks. Contribute to the capitalization of experience by participating in analysis of all safety-related events that have occurred on the site. Monitor and operate the alarm centralization boards. Implement temporary arrangements when required. Apply "Logistics" instructions to carriers (weighing, sealing, transport documents, etc.)
* Intervention: Intervene in case of intrusion alarm, incident, disaster or malicious act. Apply pre-established instructions or orders given in case of unforeseen circumstances. Use reflex sheets in the event of an event. Evaluate an event situation and report accordingly. Alert the Site Safety Manager and those responsible to any serious anomaly or any situation of persistent risk and apply the necessary emergency measures, including first aid. Conduct PP operational interventions (reception/transmission of alarms, emergency calls, etc.)
* Information / Communication: Ensure the reception (physical or telephone) according to the rules of the Management Staff. Inform any newcomer (or incoming) to the applicable site security rules. Reception and transmission of telephone calls. Write the handrail and anomaly reports. Provide information on Fire and Safety indicators, monitor progress and guarantee quality.

This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of mid-rise multifamily construction, and the ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Field Leadership & Supervision
- Serve as the on-site leader and primary point of contact for all field operations.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field staff.

The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner. RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
Essential Duties

Medication Administration
- Provide the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner.
- Review, read, notate, and initial the electronic health record to document and learn about pertinent information about residents.
- Receive medication updates from Resident Care Director (RCD) or Wellness Nurse.
- Administer, assist with, and observe medications and treatments for each resident using the medication administration record and the Six Rights of Medication Pass ("Right" resident, medication, dosage, time, route, right to refuse).
- Ensure that medications are passed according to times utilizing a mobile medication cart.
- Document and initial as medications are given and ensure that appropriate documentation is completed for refusal or missed doses.
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident information including resident medication among other residents.
- Report all resident concerns and unavailable medication while administering the medication to the RCD or Wellness Nurse.
- Restock medication cart after all medication passes.
- Assist in checking medication regardless of packaging system.
- Assess the residents to determine need for "as needed medication" and appropriately document and report to supervisor.
- Count all narcotics with another Medication Care Manager (MCM) or Lead Care Manager (LCM) each shift and report discrepancies to the RCD or Wellness Nurse.
- Maintain and clean the Medication Room, medication carts, and treatment carts for neatness, cleanliness, availability of medications, and expired medications.
- Follow re-fill process for medications.

Department Information
Parking and Transportation Services (PTS) at Georgia Tech is an auxiliary unit within the Division of Infrastructure and Sustainability (I&S). PTS interfaces with the entire campus population and constituencies external to campus. The services provided by PTS are as diverse and customer oriented as the consumers served. PTS oversees both the campus parking operations and transportation services.
The Parking Department is responsible for the supervision and coordination of all campus parking services for Georgia Tech. It self-operates a comprehensive parking program that includes customer service, cashiering, enforcement, maintenance, and event operations.
The Transportation Department manages a comprehensive network of transit services designed to provide the campus community with an effective and safe transportation alternative around the campus and within specific boundaries or destinations off campus. The department's transit services include nine Stinger bus routes, daytime student paratransit van service, and Stingerette van service, which provides nighttime safe ride home services on campus.
Job Summary
Performs a full range of assigned duties in the parking enforcement function. May provide direction to less experienced full-time and/or seasonal staff. The Parking Enforcement II differs from the Parking Enforcement I in the skill level required and the sensitivity, complexity and accountability of assigned duties. Parking Enforcement Officer II is differentiated from Lead Parking Enforcement Officer in that the latter has supervisory and administrative duties related to operation the Parking Enforcement Unit. Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 -
Enforce parking (motor vehicle) laws and regulations by patrolling streets; identifies vehicle, identifies parking illegalities and determines citation, writes, and/or issues citations or warnings in accordance with campus, city, county, and/or state laws, regulations, ordinances and procedures. Coordinates vehicle impoundments or immobilizations as necessary.
Job Duty 2 -
Interacts intensively with the public on an ongoing basis; receives, listens, to and skillfully handles parking issues and complaints. Educates the public regarding parking regulations and citations.
Job Duty 3 -
Responsible for parking enforcement activity including locating barricades, signage, and parking control during sporting or campus events.
Job Duty 4 -
Answers questions from public regarding campus geography and other general matters.
Job Duty 5 -
Responds to calls of possible illegal activity or complaints related to area of responsibility. Within scope of responsibility and expertise, may assist and coordinate with Georgia Tech (GT) Police Department, fire department or other law enforcement of public safety agencies as necessary.
Job Duty 6 -
Identifies curb repainting and signage needs and recommends resolution to supervisor; cleans and gases vehicles.

Director of Facilities Management
Job Summary:
The PRN Director of Facilities Management is a contract role responsible for the management of all Engineering/Maintenance and Facilities Planning activities. As such, this position has full authority and responsibility over all activities relating to this department. This includes the operation, maintenance, renovation, appearance, safety and design/engineering services.
The Director of Facilities Management administers and directs preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment, both fixed and portable as well as establish and direct departmental goals and objectives in accordance with those of the Hospital administration to provide and assure the basic needs for the welfare, comfort, and safety of patients, visitors, and staff as they relate to maintenance, repair, operation, and modification of all hospital buildings, grounds, mechanical and electrical systems and equipment.
This position manages expenditures for Facilities, serves as the primary contact with hospital senior management, identifies requests and assessments for Capital investments and maintenance in the building, develops and implements both short- and long-range planning regarding infrastructure and environment of care.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Facilitate strategic development, implementation, and evaluation of cohesive facilities services, energy management and life safety, including: reviewing operating and capital budgets; facilitate department changes as dictated by changing volumes, departmental need and maintaining safe and effective programs for computerized software systems/automation/technology, facilities services, and life safety management.
- Ensure and effectively manage fiscal responsibility and control overspending.
- Ensure effective project management and interdepartmental/interagency collaboration.
- Ensure life safety functions of the hospital are effectively managed, have appropriate backup and contingency planning for unexpected infrastructure and/or equipment failure; and that existing systems are in good working order while maintaining compliance with TJC standards, CMS regulations, including an accurate statement of conditions, document that demonstrates all fire safety and other environmental compliance and lists deficiencies and corrective action plans with a timeline for completion.
- Carry out responsibilities in accordance with Fire Door Solutions / Facilities Management Solutions policies and applicable laws.
- Conduct contract negotiations, oversee bidding process and function as clerk of the works for capital projects to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery of contractor services.
- Identify and implements capital and equipment plans to maintain environment of care and support modernization/renovation of patient care areas, utilizing facilities staff to minimize cost.
- Manage resources for a safe, functional, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing facilities.
- Review all relevant policies and procedures and works toward a single standard of service delivery and best practices.
- Maintain external relations related to assigned areas, including government relations, local, State and Federal regulatory agencies, The Joint Commission (TJC), Department of Health, and others as needed.
- Establish and implement departmental policies, procedures and reviews, including annually interpreting it to departmental staff.
- Prepare manuals and guidebooks covering all phases of departmental operation for use by Employees.
- Communicate internally with all individuals affecting project or affected by a project, communicate externally with any individuals or agencies that may have impact on a project.
- Consult with department Leaders in completion of projects and assignments.
- Consult with outside contractors/Architects in completing scheduled work and manages construction design to build optimally maintainable spaces.
- Perform the Financial Management activities pertaining to the preparation of the annual departmental budgets for staff, operating, and capital expenditures.
- Develop cost control programs for the departments.
- Review specifications for all equipment and construction for the hospital.
- Compile documentation required for the justification of projects.
- Provides technical information and consultation to other departments, consult with vendors on design, purchase and installation of new equipment.
- Review designs and prepares reports for compliance with state, local HFAP and/or Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization requirements and keeps permits current.
- Constantly advances knowledge and attends various meetings/seminars concerning specific areas or concerns within the hospital, relating to the department.
- Represent FMS and assigned facility through participation in both trade and professional organizations at local, state, and national levels.
- Observe and enforce safety regulations and practices.
- Develop and maintain a positive work climate and the overall team effort of the department.
- Perform related responsibilities as required or directed.
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements and Preferred Experience:
- At least ten years of management experience and/or training in a medium or large healthcare system required.
- Experience in Healthcare and a proven track record of highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization clients and staff alike with a focus on client and customer services.
- Previous experience as a director of facilities services strongly preferred. Previous experience in an Executive Facilities Services related Leadership position preferred, but not required.
- Managing vendors on contract: Public sector local, state or federal government; bargaining unit environment.
- Familiarity with applicable codes, state requirements and NFPA/JC regulations relating to health care facilities.
- Exhibit general knowledge of trades related to building maintenance and repair, interpreting blueprints and/or floor plans, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, general building construction, heating, refrigeration and vehicle mechanics.
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of operations and project management including coordination, communication, prioritization, troubleshooting, adherence to budget and completion of goals.
- High level of experience in a regulatory environment, including permitting, workplace safety, and environmental regulations to comply with local, state, and federal standards.
- Tact, diplomacy, and composure are needed for interaction with contractors, vendors, and hospital staff.
- Capacity to manage a diverse workforce including bargaining unit environment; ability to embrace diversity as a strategic advantage.

- ACHE, ASHE, NFPA and other professional memberships are preferred.
