The Marketing and Sales Counselor is responsible for generating leads and selling apartments to prospective residents utilizing marketing and sales techniques as required.
General responsibilities:
Interact with prospective residents – conducting interviews and following up on sales leads.

The Director of Innovation Programs and Community Engagement leads Better Business Bureau's efforts to support small business owners through innovative programming, strategic partnerships, and meaningful community engagement.
This Phoenix-based leadership role drives the strategy, growth, and execution of BBB's portfolio of entrepreneurship programs while activating ignite sparked by BBB, the organization's meetings, events, and innovation hub. Through partnerships, programming, and community engagement, the Director positions the campus as a destination for connection and business growth while representing BBB across the regional business community through events, speaking engagements, and media opportunities.
This role plays a key part in strengthening the small business community by bringing together entrepreneurs, partners, and organizations through programs, events, and collaborative initiatives that expand opportunity and drive business growth.
The role oversees a portfolio of programs designed to help small business owners grow through education, connections, and resources. These initiatives include accelerators, bootcamps, summits, workshops, and other learning experiences delivered from the Phoenix campus while supporting innovation programming across BBB's Pacific Southwest region.
We're looking for a results-focused leader who can hit the ground running and drive results, strengthening existing programs, increasing campus engagement and revenue, and building partnerships that bring more small business owners and organizations into the hub.
This role is responsible for driving growth, engagement, and revenue for the ignite sparked by BBB campus while expanding BBB's impact within the regional business community. Success will be reflected in stronger programs, increased campus engagement and utilization, and a growing network of partnerships that expand opportunities for small business owners.
Working closely with the Vice President of Innovation, the Director contributes to the strategic growth and long-term sustainability of BBB's small business program portfolio through partnerships, sponsorship development, earned revenue opportunities, and grant-supported initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Activate and Grow the ignite sparked by BBB Campus
- Drive revenue generation for the ignite sparked by BBB campus by expanding external events, partnerships, and strategic programming that support the financial sustainability and growth of the hub
- Develop and maintain a dynamic calendar of events, workshops, educational programs, and community convenings that bring the business community into the campus
- Increase engagement and utilization of the campus by cultivating partnerships, programs, and events that consistently attract organizations, leaders, and small business owners
- Lead the planning and execution of workshops, networking events, educational sessions, and community gatherings
- Oversee event logistics including scheduling, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-site execution

Lead Entrepreneurship Programs

- Lead the local Innovation team and oversee day-to-day operations of the campus, including meetings, events, programming, and overall coordination
- Supervise program support staff and campus-related roles as needed
- Ensure operational systems and processes effectively support programming, partnerships, and events
- Identify opportunities to improve space utilization, operational efficiency, and program delivery
Strategic Partnerships, Sponsorship, and Program Sustainability
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and sponsorship relationships that generate funding support for programs, events, and small business initiatives
- Manage program budgets and oversee the implementation and reporting of grant-funded initiatives
- Assist in identifying grant opportunities and contribute to proposals supporting small business initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership on partnership proposals, sponsorship opportunities, and program budgets
- Help ensure programs remain financially sustainable through partnerships, sponsorships, and earned revenue opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Five or more years of leadership experience in small business programs, economic development, nonprofit leadership, business education, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to manage program budgets and oversee grant- and sponsor-funded initiatives
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Leadership experience planning and delivering events, workshops, and community programming
- Established relationships within the Phoenix small business community
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Proven ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships across diverse organizations
- Comfort operating in a public-facing leadership role representing an organization externally
- Strong proficiency with modern productivity platforms, project management tools, and emerging technologies including Google Workspace and AI-enabled tools

As part of AOIA’s innovation arm, this role sits at the intersection of community, technology, and service—supporting a rapidly expanding user base while helping define the future of engagement for the profession.
This position is responsible for cultivating a vibrant, inclusive, and highly engaged online community by delivering exceptional member service, ensuring platform quality and functionality, and fostering meaningful connections across the DO continuum. The Community Manager serves as the primary point of contact for users, leads day‑to‑day community operations and moderation, and partners cross‑functionally to support events, content, and platform enhancements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Online Community Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all AOIA Emerging DO Platform community interactions, including customer service inquiries, user engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Respond to community needs and inquiries in a timely, service-oriented manner.
- Actively engage in relevant forums, groups, and social media platforms to promote the Platform and build visibility.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and sustain an active, positive, and inclusive online community.
- Moderate user-generated content, facilitate discussions, and ensure compliance with community guidelines and organizational policies.
- Analyze community metrics and feedback to inform improvements and report on community health.
Operations:
- Gather and synthesize community feedback to inform platform enhancements and organizational strategy.
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, website editing, social media content, and community updates.
- Maintain and improve data accuracy, supporting reporting functions and ensuring the integrity of organizational data.
- Consistently manage the scheduling and logistics of in‑person and virtual meetings; may be asked to prepare and present reports, updates and/or program recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution and follow-up.
- Assist with budget monitoring and reporting, and support timely processing of invoices, reimbursements, and payments in collaboration with Finance (AP/AR).

Qualifications:
Mandatory
- Minimum of five years of experience in online community management, customer support, or related professional environment.
- Proficiency with online community platforms and proven track record of growing engagement, building relationships, and fostering community across audiences.
- Demonstrated competence for assessing and managing competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Keen attention to detail and capacity to work independently with minimal guidance and/or supervision on assigned tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work well in teams.
- Superior communications, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Excel; experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana), Salesforce/Fonteva, Analytics Platforms (e.g. Google Analytics), generative AI tools, and basic website editing (e.g. Squarespace).
Preferred
- Previous experience in product and community engagement, especially in healthcare or education.
- Previous administrative or operational experience working in Graduate Medical Education.
- Previous experience supporting a mentorship program.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Physical Demands
Work is generally sedentary in nature, but requires occasional standing, walking, lifting and moving objects (up to 25 pounds). Requires manual dexterity to use computer, telephone and peripherals. Incumbent may occasionally work prolonged or irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
Mental Demands
Work is performed in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Incumbent is expected to be able to quickly adapt to stressful situations, exercise good judgement, communicate effectively orally and in writing, and interact appropriately with internal and external stakeholders.
Office Environment
Work is performed in a normal office environment. This position will follow a hybrid model of 1-2 days a week in the AOIA office. The remainder may be done remotely.

The Community Coordinator will lead outreach and relationship-building efforts to expand Wisdom In Motions mentoring and youth programs. This position focuses on connecting with local schools, businesses, civic groups, and families to recruit new mentors and mentees. The Coordinator will promote program awareness, manage recruitment pipelines, and ensure participants are well prepared for success through screening, orientation, and ongoing support. This role is vital to growing WIMs impact and strengthening partnerships that empower youth across our community.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Outreach
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract new mentors and mentees.
- Represent Wisdom In Motion at community events, schools, churches, and youth organizations.
- Conduct presentations, information sessions, and tabling events to promote WIM programs.
- Build relationships with local businesses, service clubs, and agencies to identify potential participants.
- Collaborate with WIMs communications team to share recruitment opportunities through social media, flyers, and newsletters.
2. Relationship Building & Community Engagement
- Cultivate partnerships with schools, community organizations, and civic leaders to strengthen referral networks.
- Maintain ongoing communication with partners to keep them informed of events, volunteer needs, and program impact.
- Serve as a visible and approachable representative of WIM within the community.
- Coordinate participation in community fairs, expos, and special events that align with WIMs mission.

Position Overview:
As the Executive Director of Dialysis Services, you will oversee the administration and clinical direction of all dialysis services within our health system. This includes the renal clinic, inpatient dialysis programs, outpatient hemodialysis clinics, home dialysis modalities, and jail dialysis services. You will work closely with our Medical Directors to plan, organize, and lead the growth and efficiency of our dialysis services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Oversee the clinical services across multiple dialysis sites to ensure high-quality care in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Human Resources: Supervise and mentor a team of clinical and support staff. You will play a key role in staff development, recruitment, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Budget and Planning: Manage operational and capital budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting organizational goals.
- Policy and Procedures: Develop and update clinical and administrative policies to ensure ongoing compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Community Relations: Act as a liaison between University Health and the community, representing our dialysis services in various professional and public forums.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required); Master’s degree (preferred)
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a clinical nurse supervisor or director in dialysis services; leadership experience in managing multi-system dialysis operations is highly preferred.
- Certifications: Current RN license in Texas; AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or Instructor card required.
- Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills (Spanish/English bilingual a plus), and a dedication to patient-centered care.
