Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. Collaborates with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

  • Hands-on experience working with third-party measurement partners such as IQVIA, Symphony, Crossix, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of digital and point-of-care measurement, performance metrics, and campaign reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data and research into clear, persuasive business narratives.
  • Direct experience in building novel data, digital and analytics capabilities, and leading analytics in support of critical strategic decisions around product or campaign optimization.
  • Experience leading and developing small to mid-sized analytics or insights teams.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and prioritizing effort against business impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus but not required.


Nice to Have

  • Exposure to MMM, attribution, or advanced statistical methods.
  • Experience supporting new product launches or proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • Background in both research and digital analytics environments.
