What you'll be doing day to day
As a Retail Carts Co-worker ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers, you will:
- Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services while keeping the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard.
- Ensure that all physical shopping tools, including carts, pencils, yellow bags, maps, and twine, are adequately stocked and maintained throughout the store during business hours.
- Ensure physical shopping tools are filled at closing.
- Monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools, report any IT issues, and remove any physical stands or tools that are unsafe.
- Address customer needs, resolve issues independently, escalate matters to a manager when needed.
- Support in other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect as needed.
- When supporting in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), provide customers with a simple and efficient handout experience.
- When supporting in Returns, ensure products and equipment are properly staged.
- When supporting Click & Collect, create a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate order handoff.

TESTING PROCESS:
Those individuals who have passed both the written and physical agility tests will have their information forwarded to the City of Renton by Public Safety Testing. A 70% on the written exam is required to move forward in the process. An oral board interview may be scheduled for the top candidates. Candidates must obtain an 70% passing score in the oral board to be placed on the Eligibility List. (Candidates that do not pass the oral board are eligible to re-test 90 days from the previous oral board date.) A combined (interview weighted at 70% and the written test weighted at 30%) minimum score of 70% is required for placement on the eligibility list. About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of Mid-Market customers in North America. POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated attorney to join our legal team as Corporate Counsel. This in-house role reports directly to the Managing Director of Credit Strategy and offers the opportunity to work on complex direct lending transactions. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience negotiating and drafting loan documentation, along with a strong interest in private credit and direct lending.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft, review, and negotiate loan documentation, including term sheets and credit agreements.

- Work with the Litigation Services Counsel to implement procedures for systems, processes, technology and services to ensure continual service enhancements, cost reductions, and organizational consistency with firm policy. - Answer and process incoming telephone calls and respond to e-mail inquiries disseminating information relative to the courts, judge's standing orders and Docket Department procedures.
- Assist with training of new Docket staff.
- Periodic review of case status (i.e. active or closed). Create and distribute reports to attorneys, obtain information and update database.
- Provide Electronic Case filing (CM/ECF) support to legal staff. Maintain knowledge base of e-filing requirements and procedures for all courts serviced by the Los Angeles and Dallas attorneys. Maintain tracking log of attorney court registrations, including expiration dates, and notify attorneys to ensure no lapse in registration. Assist attorneys with updating their PACER account for NextGen filing.
- Maintain accurate attorney filing credentials, create court admission accounts for attorneys, and troubleshoot credential issues.
- Forward court documents and incoming mail/email relating to active cases as provided by attorneys and legal support staff to appropriate firm personnel. Coordinate with the Record Center to ensure pleadings are indexed in the Records Management System.
- Perform searches for court information through on-line service providers such as Pacer, Courthouse News and others.
- Ensure exceptional client service levels are achieved in delivery of services to secretaries, paralegals, attorneys, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

Under the direction of Business Development Operations, the Business Development Operations – Scientific Writing Manager (all levels) is primarily responsible for the proposal, contract, and change order processes within IE and shall coordinate with Business Development, Operations, Medical & Scientific Affairs, Finance, and Compliance & Regulatory Affairs to prepare, review, and negotiate proposals, contracts and change orders. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OPERATIONS - SCIENTIFIC WRITING MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the coordination and development of business proposals (request for proposal/request for information: RFP/RFI) and contracts for prospects and clients.
- Coordinate with the proposal team to optimize proposal design by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs described in RFPs and associated documentation. Integrate IE experience, key differentiators, and other industry best practices into proposals and presentations.
- Identify and communicate risks associated with proposals and contracts.
- Meet proposal deadlines by establishing target dates and identify priorities involved in information gathering, writing, review, and finalization.
- Preparation of quality assumption tables (ATs) and budgets for the proposal and align the AT, deliverables, and budget together within specified timelines to meet the needs of the clients and/or as directed by IE Management team.
- Participate in or lead key internal and external meetings related to proposals and contracts as applicable.
- Conduct verbal and/or written follow-up after the submission of proposals as needed and/or directed by IE Management team. Communicate to the IE team the outcome of the negotiations/proposals focusing on conveying the expectations for each group, i.e., critical timeframes and scope of work.
- Responsible for consistently nurturing agreed upon high value targets, as applicable and/or as directed by IE Management team.
- Represent Imaging Endpoints in conferences and meetings with clients and prospective clients, if needed.
- Interact with, build relationships with and support sponsors and vendors as applicable and/or as directed by IE Management team.
- Preparation and adherence of contract amendments and change orders, including alignment with imaging trial documents i.e. Image Review Charter, Imaging Manual, Data Transmittal Forms, and other study specific documents.
- Ensure contract amendments and change orders are complete, current, and have been tracked and stored appropriately.
- Assist with process improvements to the Contract amendments and change orders process.
- Monitor and improve turnaround times for the delivery of amendments and change orders to sponsor contacts
- Identify out of scope requests and work with appropriate team(s) to revise the work order to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Participate in providing details required for RFIs upon request.
- Work closely with the Head of Project Management and Imaging Operations departments to assist with the SOP/WI updates as required based on the new processes/gaps that are identified on an on-going basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or a regulated industry.
- 2+ years of experience in medical imaging preferred.
- 2+ years in technical writing, proposal development preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science/MIS, Science, Law, or related area.
- Knowledge and understanding of 21CFR Part 11, Good Clinical Practices (ICH E6 GCP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Imaging Core Lab and/or Contract Research Organization experience preferred.
Additional Preferred Experience: Industry or Academic Experience in Radiopharmaceutical Development and Clinical Research.
